He's a good manager but he wont make them into the worlds best team, because he's going to implement another system which will take at least 3 years for them to get really good at it, and he's going to have to completely change the team in the coming years. Does Rooney go around biting people? Suarez has been in the PL for what 2 and a half seasons, Rooney has been in it since he was 17 and Suarez has had way more controversies than Rooney has. Rooney has also matured way more than what he used to be when he was like 21/22, when he used to constantly kick players. Van Ginkel is nothing like Lampard, and I hope he isn't. I don't want anyone in the pivot running up into the box, they should be staying back. We already have 4 attackers in our formation, why should we be encouraging our players to constantly move forward, Van Ginkel needs to cover and work hard. He was overpowering his shots and then later on he tried to play it simple then started second thinking, he just wasn't so confident after that. We had a great counter attack and he ended up from being able to square it to passing the ball back to our defenders, he didn't even want to try and take on the loose defender. Not many people where confident in him after that game, but that loan really did him good.

He's the most overrated dribbler in the world, Liverpool allow him to constantly try and take on players. If you watch a full game with Luis Suarez you'll notice he's very very wasteful, but people only watch match of the day nowadays and see him taking on players because they are the highlights of the game. He is a good dribbler yes, but I've seen the likes of Cavani and Falcao take on players and score goals, they possess a lot of skill however they do not use it all the time because they don't want to be wasteful, Cavanis goal against Inter was a beauty, took on about 3 players then touched it past the keeper. It baffles me how most people on this forum say he's a disgrace to the game and should be out of the Premier League, yet when there's a chance of him coming here everyones up his arse and praising his football skills.
