Going to be a difficult game, but we can beat them. Cech Azpi-Luiz(if fit)-Terry-Cole Ramires-MVG Moses-Mata-Hazard Ba

I don't know how Mikel will fit in this system, Ramires is going to start almost every game, that's clear. But how is Mikel going to be needed? we don't need someone who sits deep, Van Ginkel and Lampard in the other slot play very well, they go forward now and then and the team becomes more fluid and unpredictable. We work harder so we don't get caught out on the counter attack as much, and we've gotten better so where not losing the ball as much. I just can't see Mikel getting much playing time in this team, and I'm not basing this after one game, because I hate people who do that. But I've said this pre season now. As for the Mikel supporters, Skipper and Choulo, do you think he has a place in the side?

You don't even give an explanation you just say things, it's hard to have a good argument when you're not even reading what I'm saying, because if you did you wouldn't repeat the same statements I already proven wrong.

What are you talking about? Stop using silly terms like bossing You're like one of those people who play football manager and say that those players in real life are BEASTS even though you've never seen them play. Yaya Toure is a world class player, but he does not 'boss' the midfield in anyway, he's a very lazy player, in fact he was the reason why Man City got knocked out in the Champions League, he gifted Ajax two goals, and he certainly didn't help in the Dortmund game. Players like Essien where the real box to box midfleders, always working hard, Toure does not even know the meaning of working hard. Can you please provide some intellect and stop using silly references, because you're just saying things that aren't even true for starters, but most of all you're overestimating Man City over one bloody game.
-
What makes Pellegrini so great? The fact that he already had a really good team but still decided to spend 100 million on brand new egos? Or Mourinho, who never lost a home game with Chelsea, won two titles in two seasons, won the Champions League with Porto and Inter. Also winning the La Liga which is the hardest job in the world with Real Madrid, where you have extreme pressure and huge egos who have so much power with the owner.

Ramires, this is his 3rd season, and he's fully committed, Ramires is a true sportsman. Yaya Toure is a horrible twat, arrogant, lazy and couldn't give a fuck unless he got that paycheck. It isn't about having world class players in every area, it's about having the right people as well as players, not just players. Yaya Toure is also the type of person which will leave space open at the back, for the likes of Oscar and Hazard to take action. Do not overestimate them, they have the quality, but we have the fight and determination, we know what we have to do, and we also have the patience to wait teams out. There first game of the season they scored 4 goals, let them get all the pressure on them, let them think they will win the title. We scored 2 goals and passed the ball around 2nd half, Mourinho knows about the heavy games, so we took it easy, we hardly passed the ball at all in there half. That will benefit us come November to December.

Last season City where better than United in every single area, and I mean every single area with the exception of Van Persie. Results win you games, we have a squad full of good friends and sportsmen, not a team full of brats. United didn't have the quality but they had the commitment, and that's why they won the title by so many points. Mentality and team work >>> quality.

I remember two seasons ago Man City looked the bomb at the beginning of the season, what happened then? That's right they found themselves 8 points behind United with 6 games to go, and they where very lucky to win it. Stop deciding the title in the first game of the season!

I can't remember that I must admit. However first game against them last season was at the Emirates, Torres scored to make it 1-0 And just after Sagna took Bertrand down in the box, and it was a clear penalty, he pulled him down or jumped on him but I know it was ridiculous how it wasn't a penalty. Anyway then Mata scored afterwards and made it 2-0. 2nd game I can barely remember, someone scored the first, then Walcott equalized, then Mata scored a fantastic goal, completely raped Vermaelen or Mertesacker, one of them, and fired it top corner. Can't remember any controversies that game though. I only remember Sagna bringing down Bertrand in the box in the first game, because Bertrand had a fantastic game then, he was even named man of the match. EDIT: Hold on wait, first game against Arsenal last season, I remember something with Koscielny and Torres, didn't Torres kick the floor or something though? Whilst Koscielny put pressure on him, because I remember Torres lacking composure in that area. I would have to see it again though, because it was quite a while ago.

It wasn't dodgy, it was a clear penalty. United fans can kick and scream all they want, but Chris Smalling stuck his leg out when he shouldn't, that's inexperience for you, it's going to happen. Zhirkov went down easy but he was still fouled. It's something you would give a free kick for no? How many times does Hazard get free kicks for those challenges? Exactly! If you give a free kick for it then you give a penalty for it, that's the way it works.

Hernandez is a poacher and just that, he is an average player besides his goal getting. I was talking about someone who's specialty is not his goal scoring, goals just come with them, like Drogba and like Rooney. They play for the team, and they the other team score in the process.
-
Or Jason Bent he's a good young player, he's just slightly controversial, okay ima stop this sarcasm We just need a forward who provides link up play and high work rate, a preferable deep lying forward. It's hard to find that, we can't rely on Torres to do that for the rest of the season, he isn't going to perform consistently, he will have the odd good game here and there.
-
Great another derailment about David Moyes with JayC. Well done mate, thank you for your great contributions to this forum since you've arrived. CLAP CLAP FUCKING CLAP. Is there any other striker we have been linked to besides Eto'o? Can't see this one going through and Eto'o isn't going to make our side any better.
-
When you say I'm done, that means you don't reply again. Not reply fucking two seconds later. You've constantly said don't talk to me, yet you worm your way into another argument and bring us all back into it, you're only here for arguments, hence why you've almost derailed every single thread with your David Moyes discussions. Then you expect all of us to be banned because you don't like the way we talk about United, what the fuck do you honestly expect? We've been rivals for some time now, every match we play is almost controversial, and you've had most of them decisions your way, and you expect to come here and not see any hate for your club or team? Don't like it then leave, but of course you want to stay and argue some more.

Says the one who calls people mugs

I really hope we do get him now. Perhaps I'm far too harsh on Rooney, sure he's overrated but he's probably the best option for our team right now. Torres had a good game but he isn't going to do that forever, that's not the type of player Torres is, he can't put them performances in every game. We need someone who can do that constantly, Rooney is someone who can help the team rather than wanting to be on the end of the ball, more deep lying and hard working. But this doesn't look like It's going through, United know that it would be stupid to sell him, and Rooney is being quiet, it's evident that he's going to play for them regardless of what happens.
-
We could've went out and scored 3 or 4 more, but Jose knows best. He knows that we have contenders and he knows that we will need to rest our squad. We literally never even broke a sweat second half, we just pissed around and passed it about because we can.

OH MY GOD
-
What play! That football almost makes me cry, Hazard to De Bruyne to Oscar... fucking classic
-
There has been about 3 penalties missed so far this season.
-
Oh really? Someone who has joined recently and supports United is speaking out against someone who has been a member for almost 3 years? And I'm far gone? Hahahahahahahahaha
-
Great argument, so happy these great posters coming in... come back when you can reach.
-
Well done, acting hard behind a computer screen, sorry Malcolm Smith.

Fact is, you can't make one post about a Belgian player without a Belgian on the forum quoting you and slagging you off about it. Lukaku is a good dribbler and at least has a decent pass on him. Benteke without his physical ability is like a donkey. I knew for a certain fact when I made that post I would of been quoted. I enjoy the fan base actually, I like that we are getting more fans, even if you supported the team 5 minutes ago, but seriously this constant defending needs to stop.
