Liverpool create chances, Carrolls movement hasn't been that good to be honest, and when he has had the ball he's been poor with it, poor header, poor finish or stupid touch. And Downing in my opinion is one of the best crossers in the league, he's quality at crossing a ball, but he's one dimensional and usually gets exposed in a game, and has little work rate. Maxi Rodriguez is garbage i would agree with that. Carrolls movement for me hasn't been good enough though, he's just sulking and i honestly think he just on form for Newcastle and fit in with there chemistry but who knows. He's also been pretty unlucky, the match with Blackburn, Bunn was making great saves. Where i think Bent will make there chances better, a striker can make a chance look easy or very hard.

But if it is, then thank god we've got another centre back, but we need a winger, and it doesn't have to be someone amazing and costs much, just someone who offers pace and can make an impact from the bench, the best player like this i think we could get is Victor Moses from Wigan, offers pace, good at beating players, and could do with being in a better team, the problem is with him is that i don't think Wigan get him in the game enough where i think we can (with a creative midfielder). I honestly think we can get him for 5 million at most, probabably even less than that. Then we should splash out if we have to, and get a creative midfielder, one that can pass a ball and is reliable and can bring the front 3 into the game a lot more and add confidence to the team. If that was done i'd be VERY happy!, and more confident in the team, i would believe we could get ourselves 3rd with no problems at all, because Ramires will be playing A LOT better, and then in the summer we can focus on getting a right wing back and offloading some more deadwood if we havnet done it already in the summer.

Mark Hughes comes in right when we need to play QPR, BASTARDS!. Well that's if he does come in.

He may of been doing pretty well at it now, but i doubt he will be consistent at it, especially in big games, Torres is a striker and a goalscoring one, and i think that's the way he must stay because that's what he's best at.

His movement hasn't been bad, he has been making good and fast runs behind defenders, but no one plays him in, Arsenal game for example, if you watched him he was making runs then getting pissed off because no one was passing the ball to him. He was even open twice for a simple square and no one could even gave that to him. Can't blame him for not being confident there, it would still be nice to see a supporting winger and a creative midfielder to help him out. If you've watched the past games he barely makes runs into the box anymore, which is good because now he wont get lost in the game, but i think he will be able to do that if we get a better team to help him.

Yes!, good turn around, a nice victory. I really hope this will change mentallity, but i also hope we get that creative midfielder, because we will see Ramires playing better and with more confidence and that's good to see.

Bent will do well at Liverpool, Liverpool create a lot of chances, Bent will love it, he will also help with making them chances better chances. Bents a decent finisher, nothing great at it, when he's on form he's a good finisher, but his movement is what makes him the player he is, god he would score like 2 goals a season in our team.

Anyone think we should get Victor Moses?, he's an impact player, young, always causes problems, i think he has potential to be much better. Considering he's only about 20 also, very underrated in my opinion, surprised he is hardly getting mentioned. I think we could do with a young fresh winger like him, offer pace from the bench and add something to the squad and the team. Sick of seeing deadwood on the bench and on the pitch.

I doubt it, If Arsenal look like there getting back on track, but then again they could fail in march like they usually seem to do. But still can't just rely on that, and i expect more from Liverpool now. As for us we will only be going backwards, we can't sort it out with the squad, that's why we need new players. If we don't spend anyone in this month besides a centre back, then i hope AVB does get the sack.

We havent got any passers in midfield, and that's still a very poor squad, and a decent first 11, but decent isn't good enough, decent doesn't get you in the top 4!. If we only get Cahill and no one else then we are doomed.

Yeah we can do that, and then finish 7th at the end of the season, looking for another manager and probably be in the same situation next season.

True but you have to give credit to stockdale it was one in five that save. But it's only one chance give him more consistently and he will have confidence and be ready because he expects them.
