And I would sub Lukaku on later in the game, let Ba do the damage and give the Hull defence problems, De Bruyne and Mata have a great cross on them, fly them into Ba and he will surely score his first goal of the season.

John Terry is also a passive defender, Cahill tactically may not be the smartest defender by instinct, but he is a good player to have in the team. We can't have the best of the best, so the others saying Cahill should be playing in the Championship and that we should sell him because he isn't good enough is just not right at all. He's done much for us but people just want to constantly pick out the flaws of his game. You can't honeslty sit there and tell me that the team wasn't unbalanced, less work rate lead to uncovered space, that leads to the defenders having more trouble. Last season we where really struggling in areas like that, especially the counter. But out of all the defenders last season, Cahill was the most consistent, Luiz had a huge dip in form at the beginning, Terry had a dip in form near Champions League group stages.

If that was the case then Cahill would of been sold a long time ago. We would also of conceded many goals. You rate Cahill as though he's a championship player, he plays many games and is consistently good. I know he's not one of the best, but to say he should be sold and such is just stupid. People will only look at the mistakes rather than the times he's kept the opposition from scoring, and believe me there is much and i mean MUCH worse scenarios and more goals conceded if we didn't have Cahill. Luiz for one has made much more mistakes than Cahill has. That last line, have a word with yourself please.

Mata hasn't got great acceleration. Having great physical aspects is also a talent you know, It's not a cheat in the game, Bale is a monster not only is he fast paced tall and strong, he's an excellent footballer. Did you see any of his crosses and passes he made during some of the games last season? He was taking the piss out of so many defenders. He destroyed Manchester City and Manchester United. Some of his touches are scary also, did you catch the one against Norwich, where he touched the ball past 3 defenders at the same time? Mata is a very good player, but he's not in Bales class, that's why Gareth Bale is going for a huge fee. Yes he's not worth it, but that's what they will have to spend to get him simply because there's not many like him. Also he's got one of the best long shots I've ever seen, I though Ribery and Ronaldo where scary cutting in, Bale is on a complete different level. Bale is not Theo Walcott, his game may rely on pace, but he's got end product and ideas, he can destroy any fullback or any defender.

You can't just downgrade someones physical aspect like that, I've really never understood it. Okay so what if Mata wasn't creative? Then what would he be left with? He wouldn't be anywhere near as good or useful. Bale is a great player, proved that last season, and is a potential world player of the year. Hazard I haven't seen that yet, I rate Hazard high, and I think he can definitely be world class, but he seems to lack flair for me, he doesn't possess that type of flair what Bale has. Bale at the right moments scored those screamers, Hazard isn't capable of doing something like that.

Hazard isn't even in the same class as Bale, neither is Mata.

Because we are the most unbalanced team in the world, and players can get past our defence as it has very little aid from the rest of the team. But yeah I suppose that's all Cahils fault, or maybe we should go put Salomon Kalou upfront still
