No, why don't you go back and read my first post. I have already said what I think of it, I'm not going to repeat it or even go into anymore detail on that matter, because if I do then it's going to be me insulting people. Blueschick wasn't happy with what I said and that's fair enough, but most of these people who are getting voted don't even deserve it. And you came on here posting memes from the very start so don't even bother mate. There are a lot more good posters out there which deserve to win the award and instead people are posting memes and making everyone giggle whilst people are posting constructive posts and debate about Chelsea football club, you know that team this forum is about? Why do you keep bringing up the pub? Does that insult you at all? I was only saying that the pub section is an example of people who are liked and well respected and get many votes in the MOTM threads mainly because they have a large group of friends. The popularity contest it has become, well shit eh. I don't even go in the pub, but I know what it's about and it doesn't hide the fact that people are getting nominated when others deserve it more, so even if I am wrong and the pub section is completely different for what I'm making it out to be, it's now shallowing the point of my debate in anyway. So quite frankly I don't give a who about the pub section in general.

But John Terry is a scumbag whether you like it or not, he used to go to night clubs and shot money at doorman and bleh about how he is so rich and better than everyone. It's all the same to me, I would only say about two people deserved to be nominated on that poll. You've won it? Well I haven't and I've been on this forum for much longer and actually post mostly about football. Henrique has never won it, Terminator X only just managed to win it once. Saying you have won it has just explained it, the funny guys are the ones what keep winning it, WHS won it because of the Mourinho thing, Strike is a popular person on the forum, although I have no complaints of him winning it but it doesn't clear up the ones who aren't getting nominated when they should. Fact is these very good posters aren't winning it and that's just showing why the MOTM award has turned into a popularity contest, it's clearly simple the controversial person wont win, or the person who makes posts just regarding football. No it will be the one who is constantly in the pub section or any other section which involves joking around and posting memes. I don't care about it, I have no problem with the meme posting and such but it's time to let other members have a chance rather than giving it to the same type of people.

The people who are saying I'm a borderline disgrace and are going on about the forum and then have the audacity to say that it needs locked are the ones who are making a big deal out of it. All I did was broadcast my opinion, I said sorry to any members I offended, I wanted to make a statement in hope of changing the poll not a fucking forum war. That's not something I wanted, I didn't want the MOTM to be taken down alltogether, I don't get why my post has done that, what I wanted was the admins and mods to at least consider what I'm saying and try and make a change of it so some members can get the recognition they deserve. I love this MOTM poll, I've always liked it from the very start of it, I think it's a very good thing to have because it's unique. However it's been taken over and the same people are getting voted over and over again constantly and most are people who post in the pub section. I'm hoping to make it how it was 2 years ago when everyone had a good chance in it, I remember when Zolayes won it twice in a row but he deserved it, I remember when Laylabelle finally got the recognition she deserved and won it one month. Now it's just the same shit over and over again, I didn't want everyone fucking fighting and arguing like they are, so if that's the case then fucking delete my posts all together because I'm sick of this shit now. I expected a bit of controversy but not the the thread almost being locked and MOTM getting taken down all together, like seriously what is everyone smoking around here? What I am saying is you can't keep going around moaning about things like you have done the past few months. If it's just a virtual recognition award then this is just a forum, this is just that this is just this, nothing is that meaningless, if this is just a forum why do you spend your time administrating it? Why do you even bother putting all that valuable time and energy into this forum? It isn't like that for some people, people enjoy coming on here, some of them are happy when they are voted, I like to see the ones who deserve it get it. In the World Cup I would like to see the midfield of Barkley Carrick-Wilshere Need to start giving Barkley some games, he looks spectacular, might be a big jump but need to get the young ones started if you ask me. Plus it's a lot more technical than just fucking Gerrard hoofing the ball up.

Wilshere doesn't seem like an England player, he is the most technical player we've ever had, his ball control is immense.

Football is based on opinion, not necessarily as a structure, I don't get how Peace would win it every month, many other members on here hold big arguments however some can post in a better caliber than others. As for me I don't check most of the time when I post, so that's why my grammar and shit is always off, I also need to download a dictionary for this because Jesus' some of the petty spelling mistakes are stupid. However I do think I host a good argument and a valid reason for my argument, I don't just say extraordinary things without being able to back myself up. But most members are different, It's interesting when there is a big match and everyone posts afterwards, it's one of my favorite time on this forum because the forum just heats up. As for the others I am sorry to downgrade people, don't get me wrong I know what I said was insulting but I have to say it how it is to get my opinion across otherwise it's going to be ignored. I'm hoping people agree with me on this and we can for once have a very good MOTM poll because I used to really enjoy these things, I used to always nominate people in them, recently I don't even bother because it's the same posters all the time. I know I came across arrogant and to be honest it isn't any of your fault, you are nice people, I only hope you can understand why I did this, I don't expect it but I hope it and that's all I can say really. I agree, I just think it should be a bit different, I would like to see the guy like Henrique get it, he has deserved it some months where he has been fantastic then someone else gets it who gets it for posting in the pub section. I know what you mean it is 'member' of the month, but I think we also have to be more bias to football rather than off topic because it is a football forum overall, I think a guy who makes good articles and great constructive posts and stands for his own opinion should get it over someone who is very funny, posts hilarious memes and is very friendly. Milan.Cech really? He only posts pictures from Soccer Memes and jokes from Troll Football. I don't think I've ever seen the guy make one point or even have an opinion of football. Come on people, can we start voting for some posters who are actually making some good posts month in month out, I'm happy to see Hjiperdeath on there because he deserves it but other than that it's always the same people, and most don't even post that many times they just get voted cause they have many friends. The Skipper you can get away with yes, he does make some good posts, but really this voting thing is the same stuff over and over again can we vote for some of the people who do deserve the award? Stats, didierforever, Blue Armour and TOPTB have been good this month yet It's always the same people. Cicero is one I've disagreed with a lot, but he has made some strong points and he's a hard one to argue with as he isn't a clueless person, even if I think what he's saying is wrong he will host a very good argument, not an easy one to tackle.

Van Persie, Falcao or Benzema, they wouldn't do so great in this side! We wouldn't even need a world class striker to make our side the best, all we need is someone who will help the side score more goals, not someone who is going to score the goals. Drogba was a team player, that's what we are going to need. Bayern arguably the best side in the world at the moment have Mandazukic upfront, he is far from world class, however he's a target man who just causes problems, they have Robben, Ribery and Muller to pitch in on the majority of goals. No. Because last time I checked Cech hasn't won Ball D'or, Cech doesn't get nominated for best player of the year for the past 6 years running. So take your exaggerations elsewhere.

I think we are going to have to make way for Cech so that we can get Courtois in now, Cech isn't that old for a goal keeper, and we can't loan Courtois to Attletico for another 3 years. I hope we make this decision next season and bring in Courtois, he's a young keeper and he has done so well, but we shouldn't hold him off just for the sake of Cech who in my opinion hasn't been as good as he was say 4-5 year ago.

I hope this guy comes in next season to be honest Cech hasn't been the best for a long time, in fact I think he's very overrated on this forum, I think he's a great guy and had some great moments like he did in our Champions League campaign, but I just don't feel comfortable with him anymore. Where as this guy seems very good, like a potential world class keeper, I don't think Cech is world class, and I don't think he has been for some time now.

Carlo is probably the best manager when it comes to playing football he really is, amazing manager. However he wasn't good for us in the longterm, I loved Carlo but getting rid of him was the right choice even though it was very harsh, but I love the man and wish him all the best he will always be known as King Carlo here. I think most Madrid fans are angry with the bad season you had last season, and losing to the cup to atletico to top it off. I think Mourinho will do well here, it's a different ball game yes, now there are much bigger teams, 5 teams are potential league winning candidates it just depends on who will flourish this season the most. But I think Mourinho will get it right here, even if he doesn't win the title we will be patient with him I'm sure of it, our team is still in transition, and we have many young players. As for Madrid I wish them the best of luck, mainly down to Carlo as he's a good chap, but I'm gonna put my money on Barca winning the title this season, although I could be wrong.

Thanks for the reply, I also edited my earlier post in your reply to Ozil, I'll give your article a read after I finish this post. The cost of success was very expensive, especially for what you've got in return. However don't you think Madrid is a very hard job? there is a lot of pressure involved and you're in a league with the best team in the world. Barcelona are something special, they are a bunch of players who know how to play together and grew together with youth, that's a very rare thing. That's something Madrid can't compete with, however Madrid have a better squad and Mourinho used that to his advantage in the season you won the title. However 1/3 titles, yes not very good with your team I understand. Perhaps Mourinho was way out of his depth, every managerial job is different. But I really do think Madrid is one of the hardest jobs in the world, I honeslty don't think you can expect to win a title every season when you're competing against Barcelona, maybe your time will rise again but as for now Messi, Iniesta, Busquets and Xavi still exist, and we could add Neymar into there depends how he gets on.

Just a change of subject, what is your view on Mourinho? Most Madrid fans I've seen so far have been saying I hope Mourinho fails, like they literally hate him and he destroyed everything about your club. What's your viewpoint on him? You seem logical and actually watch your team, so what would be your fair viewpoint? EDIT: But on Ozil that's a very interesting viewpoint, Ozil was working hard at one point in his career, that was a while ago mind. Arsenal seem suitable and not so suitable, counter attacking football YES, as for work rate, that's going to be tricky. They don't even have a box to box or ball winning midfielder, Arsenal work hard as a team to win the ball back, that's there philosophy, they are more fluid rather than diverse with there players for roles. It's going to be interesting to see how he works out, one thing for sure though it's definitely an upgrade from the likes of Rosicky playing there.
