May not be the easiest league to ref but you do look at decisons and think ehhhhh!!! It doesnt help when each ref has different standards.What may be a booking to one isnt to another when it should be the same rules throughout.They need to be made clear. And when cards are overturned.Which is good but if the sending off changed the game and points were dropped.To late then And then the whole extra linesmen thing..whats the point when they all miss vital moments!Having an extra pair of eyes doesnt help when they look the wrong way!

Exactly but this never gets published because its not a 'oh my god scandal or must read this stort' its not gana cause debate or anything like that. I believe in him and will so until gives us a real reason not to such as not signing anyone in the summer etc. Doing what he can with the squad he has...defintly has areas that need work such as Subs for one sodding thing but we cant keep sacking and hiring managers for the sake of it or a run of poor results cause thats can always change.Every team has a bad run its just how its delt with and most the time top 4 clubs dont sack a manager to deal with it Has a lot to learn but imo anyway needs the time to prove himself and hope he gets it because I will loose more faith in our board if he does get the sack..because we'll just end up being in the same situation in a few months if we did..
