There is no point sacking AVB if we're just gana carry on into next season with the same squad..main issue needs to be sorted first and thats get rid of the players who clearly dont give a crap! Otherwise we're just gana have the same problem no matter whose in charge...to be honest the main problem is the players! They are are capeable of putting on a performance,all know what they have to do!And yet only seem to turn up for the odd game..Man U last week things were fine!So god knows what went on today if they looked at it and thought 'only Everton' or what happened. Ahh if only Webb hadnt fucked up last week...

He was fine when being benched! When he did play seemed a different player..why AVB stopped doing that god knows cause it made a difference

Nah exactly we werent that good and you'd think the players would've looked at that performance and thought hmmm we need to step things up.Instead next game they played even worse! Honest to god dont know anymore.The thing is he seemed to be unafraid to bench players mean a few months ago he was benching Lampard and it worked!Upset Lamps but we didnt exactly struggle without him..so whatever happened after that is a mystery because its not happening anymore.He keeps playing the same old lot and clearly...its not working but you know next week...they will still be played! And subs...never understood his subs.They get crazier and crazier but against City and Valencia they worked fine!Guessing that was a one off or a fluke or something And we did go through stages scraping results..but where teams do that and get better we've gotten worse!There is no passion in the team anymore and thats down to the players more then anything.They dont see to give a shite and clearly need to go.But if we get a new manager in summer.They wont see those problems..so the players will still be there and then as the season goes on..then they'll realise the problem but by then not much can be done He needs to make changes and now!We're not winning the league so just needs to think sod it...play who he can get a performance from not the big names who you think would play cause they're not going to!

It was delayed also because when we should've been rebuilding we were manager searching.and that will never happen if we keep sacking managers.Its been the downfall.No ones had a chance to get rid of players because they've come in to late to see what really needs to be done. Wonder if Roman still stands why his sacking of Jose for whatever reason that was..where the problems started...had a manager who was capeable of keeping up there,winning things and yet..poof gone.And thats whats annoying when we're in the situation we are now..we had someone capeable of being long term..but egos got in the way

We played bloody great with 9 players..they showed passion and actual desire!And ran!They all ran and moved around so hey if it works lol

His subs make no sense...his line up make no sense...sod the lack of confidence he may have in the youngsters we aint gana win the league.Play them and give them a chance to show what they can do cause the players who should be able to produce...arent and are roaming around not giving a crap.Play players who want to actually be there! Everton are a hard team to beat anyway...we havent won at their place in the prem for yonks.They wanted it more,played better and deserved it

But after the way Jose was treated?He'll do doubt have in the back of his mind the fact if he was another disagreement or and opiion Roman aint happy with..thats it. If we sack AVB in summer then we cant mess around and spend most of summer finding a manager.Because it leaves them little time to access the squad,decide whose worth keeping and whose not and who they want to bring in.Thats been our issue.We bring in managers and they have little time to change things or get any sort of idea..while other teams are making signing we're deciding who to hire etc.And the players who should be gone wont be gone because of the time the manager has to realise if they're worth keeping or not.

The problem is way we're looking,hard to attract a decent manager,they'll know from past events that they're likely to last a year...and the squad they'll get will be an aging one who majority look hardly intrested in actually playing and seem to have forgotten what they're doing.Sack AVB hire someone else but unless drastic changes are made...things still stay the same..same old and all
