Couple of brilliant saves from De Gea this afternoon. Hes a superb shot stopper.

Always see stories like that spring up on the morning of big games. Most likely bollocks.

Turkish Airlines rumoured to replace Samsung
DavidEU replied to Waterfall's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
I think City are seen as having far more potential over the next ten years as a brand than Arsenal because they're far more likely to win things. Its a good deal for City, but again, we're not going to get those sort of numbers unless we give away naming rights for Cobham and the Bridge. -
Turkish Airlines rumoured to replace Samsung
DavidEU replied to Waterfall's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
You're an expert on these things now are you? Stop embarrassing yourself. Do you not think the club have been negotiating with various possible sponsors for months to get the best deal, and this will be it. Lets be honest: we're not at Man Utd levels in this regard, we're not going to get a trillion £ a season or whatever. £25-27m is a significant increase from the current Samsung deal, 35% increase roughly? Cant complain with that. -
Nope, but they're 4-0 up at HT in Lisbon.
-
Or loaned back to Valencia with the option to buy? Bet you'd get decent odds on that. Did their takeover happen in the summer or not?
-
Anyone who's seen a bit of the U21 side this season want to have a guess on 3 or 4 youngsters that may feature from the bench? Baker, Christensen, Ake, Brown, Solanke, Boga surely all with a chance?
-
Of late he's looking far better as a substitute coming on and running against tired opponents. Looks sluggish when starting games at the moment.
-
......what an absolute bastard! Why wasn't he at home sulking that he scored a goal rather than out with the woman he loves enjoying his life. Fuckkkk. What a cunt he is. Disguised it well for 13 years didn't he.
-
I'm not complaining about people airing their opinions. I'm saying that if you're getting this upset about Lampard scoring against us, you (Term in particular), in my opinion, probably take football a little too seriously. So you'd have rather the 3000 Chelsea fans ignored or worse, booed, Frank yesterday? As I'm sure a great deal of members in this thread would of done. As I said, I'd much rather the constant 3000 who follow our team every week are there supporting the team rather than some of the guys on here.
-
How did he turn his back on the club? Reports about a month ago say he wasn't even offered a contract by Chelsea. He choose the best option to prolong his career (MLS), which presented the chance of six more months in England, the league hes always played in and, most importantly in the country where his children live. You really begrudge him for that? Remember Chelsea did a lot for Frank, but Frank did a HELL of a lot for Chelsea too. Besides, we'll walk the league come May if we get behind the boys.
-
Oh and as a side note to my previous post: Its no surprise to see the difference in reception he got from the fans at the game compared to the guys on here, who (lets be honest) barely go to any. I'm so fucking glad its them supporting the boys week in, week out and not some of you lot.

I genuinely can't believe some of the stuff I'm reading in this topic. You can all go call him Judas, and remember him for one sour moment for the rest of your lives. I'm off to watch this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vJPRLoGFCbo Followed by his Munich penalties. And then probably 209 other great goals he scored that contributed to 13 beautiful trophies and moments that, as Chelsea fans, 13 years ago we could only dream of. Is, was, and probably always will be the greatest player, goalscorer and contributor to Chelsea Football Club ever.

Some of you seriously need to get out more and grow up. Its football guys. Just football. Dont you have anything in your lives to worry about more than Frank Lampard? Christ.

New white goalkeeper kit for Thibaut. Not seen that before.
-
Roman looks the same in those pictures as he does now, 10-15 years later. LOL.
-
We're all confident in Thibaut, hes a great goalkeeper. No reason to be disrespectful to the best goalkeeper in our history though, is it.

Chelsea’s players will once again proudly be wearing the logo of our global charity partner Right To Play on their shirts for tonight's game against Schalke, as they will in all this season's European fixtures. http://www.chelseafc.com/news/latest-news/2014/09/players-to-wear-charity-logo-during-european-campaign.html

Trezeguet, del Piero, Pires, Ljungberg, Luis Garcia, Capdevila, Josemi, David James, Michael Chopra, Manuel Freidrich are the 'big' names that are going to be out there. Materazzi and Peter Reid are amongst the coaches. I guess its a start to finally getting football on the map over there?

Cracking first post. GTFO.

26m to 400m, or whatever the numbers he stated are, is quite an incredible increase. But its been pretty evident how much more work we've been putting in to improving the Asian fan base. Long may it continue.

FFP signing or genuinely talented with potential for us?
