Maybe with RJ out for a while we might increase our interest in the Spanish kid Fresneda or whatever his name is.

Isnt Barcola and Olise rivals for the RW spot in the French U-21's? Olise should switch back to being English really if he wants to stay at Palace..more likely to be capped at senior level under Southgate than France. Palace are ideal club for some players.they have quality fans who are beyond loyal,quite stress free,have a laugh,every game a cup tie,have a pat on the back and a participation certificate for trying regardless of result aslong as stay up,live in London even if it is the more stabby part.. Olise has world class potential but if don't fancy the challenge then he's not gonna make it.

After the major injury he wasnt really starter quality for us in any position but could do a 7/10 job in a few so offered decent positional flexibily to have on the bench as we saw with him in recent years. He can do a starters job elsewhere though for sure.

RLC offered more positional flexibility.Conor only really suits as a spaniel in a 3 man midfield.so wouldnt say he's good to have on the bench.looks like we aiming to play with a midfield 3 and maybe Poch can get the best out of him,wouldnt mind waiting a year before selling him but if Conor indicates he wants to leave to start somewhere else then totally fine with that happening. Feel he'll be sold within next year to 18 months either way.

Hall hardly playing in pre-season i presumed was to look at others who were on the bubble between being sold or kept with Hall himself being sure to be kept. Guess not,being sold for not much more than we have paid for some who have played a few games in minor leagues. it's not that he was sure to start this season.just that at 18 he has shown too much to let go for such a low fee. Cucurella is a trainwreck we probably shouldnt have played against Newcastle because they saw first hand what a liability he is.Hall is better than him and Maatsen we saw in other positions instead of LB.

Seriously though some loans just arent worth doing,might aswell keep them in the younger squads,atleast available in a crisis,can train sometimes with first team,Poch can have a proper look.him and Slonina for example could have great seasons but they will still need a step up loan to be considered ready for our squad or to get a decent fee.

Olise is from same place as me,Tom Hardy etc..Hammersmith,West London.never lived in France.he only qualifies for France by having an Algerian-French mother.still hoping he switches to England before he gets his full french cap.n

Long term yes not all of them are gonna stay around but have 2-3 years before we need to sell any of them (can't remember off the top of my head how long Conor has left) Earlier in the window i did think Caicedo and an older player made sense but once i realised that 4-2-3-1 isn't going to be the primary formation and we gonna play more 4-3-3 or a variant of it then Caicedo + Lavia are too good to turn that down. We have too many for now but better than having too few..i'd say long term we'll keep 5 that will be Enzo,Caicedo,Lavia,Casadei and Santos.but like i said is 2-3 years before we make these kind of decisions.and we'll make a profit on who is sold. Man City,Real Madrid etc...wouldnt worry about having too much.

Bold arse long term prediction. if Caicedo does indeed end up going to Real Madrid it will be a Caicedo plus cash deal for Bellingham in about 4 years time. and we avoid giving then 3rd tier Brighton (because they will be good for another year but are harming their future recruitment in several ways) a sell on fee. Santos can cover for Enzo so i'd keep him too and Ugo 50/50. I'm not in the brigade that focused on our pre-season formation being set in stone as our in season primary tho.Midfield 3 means we should keep 6 ,at maximum 7. We bought Ugo before we bought/knew we was going to get better players.injuries/suspensions happen..he was still worth getting.
