Sort of explains his crazy behaviour with the pressers. Couldn't directly say anything to the board so decided to channel his anger outside of it Yeah Lampard is a good shout, but I'm sure he'll even feel it's too soon. Iirc, Lampard didn't have any intention of carrying on in football. He hasn't done any coaching badges yet, which players his age would usually start doing by now. Maybe he'll change his mind and be more open to it. It would be mad to have one day Lampard, Drogba and Terry working at the club in some kind of capacity. You can see Terry probably having board aspirations one day after trying his tipple at coaching, Drogs would want to as well. Let's hope he doesn't take Uncle Harry's wheeler-dealer genes

He reminds me of Scholes with his tackling lmao, wouldn't surprise me if he failed to try and punch Musonda
-
It is for me lol! Arsenal fans make my blood boil and ever since Mou's "specialist in failure" jibe, any inch of success will make them a pain. Let them stick to 4th

Thing is, now we're kind of loaded in left-back. Aké's done great things at Watford, even grabbing a goal this weekend, so the club would be unwise not to pay attention to him! Then there's Rahman and let's be honest, Azpi at LB was sensational. He dislodged Ashley Cole no problem, who we thought was as untouchable as Ivanovic. Taking a winger and converting him to LB sounds risky. Indeed, Carragher said last year most LBs are failed wingers lol, but that's from a young age. Most do the opposite, Bale went from a left-back to a left-winger no problems. Because you're taking shackles off, when you make them an LB you're putting the shackles on.

No mate, Emenalo has been the enemy of Chelsea fans long before José walked back into Chelsea lol. After all, he's the one who got Ancelotti sacked, according to the Italian's fans at the time. Everyone looks to the yes-man when things go wrong, rightly so I guess because we don't need yes-men. We've been plagued with such for a while now to be frank. Gourlay's gone, but it just means Marina moves up who, again, is a yes-(wo)man. Mourinho could've walked away then. I remember discussing this when it was happening as the first big crack in the rejuvenated relationship between Mourinho and the board. Where in 2013 they delivered on all his targets (Costa, Fabregas, Matic, Zouma), they simply failed to that in 2014 (Stones, a CM, Falcao?!) and the sale of Cech to Arsenal without making our own must've been bitterly disappointing to JM.

Yeah I remember reading it on the day José got sacked. Hope Musonda bodied him lol.
-
I'm quite surprised by this (if it is true). Thought he hated his tenure at Madrid.

Run kid, run.
-
Well continuing the trend, old Sparkey should be next
-
Lol man group F just needs to be eradicated and then you have a competitive tournament that won't drain everyone
-
Lol.

Probably because of her position of power, she's being held accountable. Which to be fair, she is. But that doesn't mean she should be sacked, because you're right in her effectiveness. She was key in getting back Mourinho, Costa, Fabregas, Hazard's contract extension etc. She's a negotiator and a bloody good one at that! But she needs someone to tell her WHO to negotiate over.

Iirc he simply doesn't want the pressure of such a job. That's why he's been in International set ups lately, the workload is less and so is the travelling. He's only doing this because him and Roman are boys and we're desperate tbh, otherwise I don't think club-level management is in his foreseeable future. He'll do what he does and leave honourably. I remember reading that Hiddink was a very close advisor to Roman even after he left, so he's not completely out the loop at Chelsea

Got there before me Remember Arnesen then went to Hamburg and basically tried to recruit a lot of our youth player that he himself has signed. Tbh, he did a lot of good for our youth teams, but he wasn't allowed to stay on and see them come through. As for who we should have, well that'll remain the big mystery won't it. I don't see Emenalo going any time soon, unless we continue to perform poorly and Abramovich has no choice. The problem is, I just see him hiring someone like Grant to takeover and we're going to have the same problems. Again.

That's the Pat we know

No way, it'll be terrible. The arrogance of Arsenal Football Club is already unbearable when they're so self-righteous and pretentious. I hope they long continue to go without winning the league and as per usual, they'll bottle it in January. It'll be even better this year, the implosion, because this is arguably their best chance to win it and they won't
-
Hope Chelsea will be involved in his testimonial. Really did light up the Bridge at time!
-
Agreed, Oscar albeit did have an enormous weight on his shoulders to be fair. With Mourinho basically saying 'you're my guy' over that player who won twice 'player of the season' with us. The demands of being Mourinho's no10 are quite different to what you see of how Arsenal expect Ozil to play, Manchester City with Silva, etc.
-
Lol come on man, liven up..
-
Lol mate, it's just as absurd to say Simeone won't leave Atletico than it is to say he will.. Eventually he will grow tiresome of the tedious battle against the spending power of Madrid and Barca
-
Oscar has still been unable to do what Mata did in a Chelsea shirt. Whatever way you judge their careers now, to understate Mata's contributions would be criminal.
-
It would be rude not to.

Shock horror right, how dare we!
