  1. Hardly. He makes a very good point. There should be rules about having such relations.. It's a mockery. They share the same money as it is, being brothers and all.
  2. This. Villas-Boas said yesterday he does not really focus on exact formations because everyone plays in such a way that they drift around. No set, fixed positions. Aguero would fit perfectly well with this, it's not like he's going to be told to stay there for the entire game. Of course he'll be encouraged to score goals, thus getting into such positions. It's not an exact science just because he's a striker, he's incapable of starting wide.
  3. One word for this.. A charade. No-one's really going to punish Murdoch for this. They play into each other's pockets nicely in the real world and this won't change anything. Note how the world is very quiet about speaking against Murodch at the moment but instead aim their hatred/blame on Wade. They know if they try to take Murdoch down, he'll take half the world's corruption with him. And those that lie in that category are very many, powerful people who will stop any action taken.
  4. could've never guessed! Not a bad choice though.. You know that one I'm talking about* :eyebrows: *Songs of praise
  5. Really? Well I'll start watching that soon then You get on Breaking Bad soon!
  6. Hahaha I don't make it lightly God I loved The Wire! Such a shame they only planned the 5 seasons
  7. It's a great show, the creativity and storylines are sheer genius. If you ever watched The Wire, which was a bloody great show, this kicks it's ass!
  8. I understand your argument. However you assume that what we see on the face, is true behind closed doors. Maybe negotiations and bids are being taken place and lodged. We know of a few targets we're openly chasing because clubs have chosen to reveal them, however there may be a few more we're completely unaware of. I get your point about time to gel and play together asap. However patience is key.
  9. It's about time!! I don't understand, and never will, why they waited so long for season 4!! Regardless of this, I'm so happy it's back. Watching it tonight, hopefully it picks up with the same intensity and creative magic they showed in s1-3!
  10. Hahaha, they're finally over the Robinho saga
  11. Here's an article by Juni about it http://thechels.net/2011/07/hutchinson-returns-but-for-how-long/
  12. It's hardly a great argument. Liverpool have done awful in the window with their finances! Villas-Boas is smart. He's said they are scanning the market all the time looking for the right players at the right time. He's not going to make any panic/rush buys.
  13. It's interesting to hear his agent's comments.. Perhaps it means City aren't as close as we think?
  14. I'd be very surprised if it's anything to do with Aguero.
  15. Am I right in saying this is the first time our website has confirmed a medical is being undergone instead of waiting till after the world knows?
  16. They should have a still image of the kung-fu kick Varney received on Saturday to go with it
  17. I thought that's the reason we're not signing a right back!
  18. I like it.. Only criticisms I can think is the "next match" and "previous match" looked too.. Cramped? If that makes sense? Maybe it's just me
  19. Disagree with you. Don't think he's exerting that much pressure on Sturridge that isn't placed on anyone else. He's made it clear we're looking in the market at players who become available, so in a sense, everyone's place is under threat. No doubt the likes of Anelka, Malouda & Kalou will also be closely watched. But they will be watched to figure if they're leaving for good or not. Villas-Boas praised Sturridge's future on the other hand. He realised the kid's potential and implied he's a very much part of his long-term plans. I think it's great encouragement for Sturridge.
