Sturridge can't fulfil Rooney's role in the national squad. If we're saying Sturridge should be in the England squad, it should be with Rooney behind him playing the actual no10 role. Sturridge and Rooney's roles are completely different. He should be replacing Bent if anything, not Rooney. We're truly fucked come Euro'12. I hope Crapello has a contingency plan. True. Very true points. It's going to be hard for Gourlay & Buck to convince the CPO. Both parties have legitimate cases.. It does make sense for Roman to want full control, it also makes sense for CPO to want their own Plan B should RA call it quits. Will be an interesting month, that's for sure.

True point. However there's no indication Roman's looking to leave. The timing is questionable, but I think it's worth trusting him. Buck has stated the club's looking to become more self-sufficient, I think this is a major step in doing so.

From what I understand, the Say No CPO campaign isn't because of the initial point of moving but because of not enough information provided by Chelsea FC? Especially with the question of what happens after 2012 (when they say the will range out of the 3mile radius) Am I right in thinking this? Or are they against Roman owning 100% of the club?
