Im afraid to say but i feel the same barring some minor miracle. At the moment doubt if we will even manage 6th.  Its going to take a monumental effort by everyone coupled with plenty of good luck to finish in the top 5. We live in hope.

Our next three games are Arsenal away, Villa away and then Newcastle coming to the Bridge. 

We will get 2 points out of the next 3 games if we're lucky. 

United have 2 home games and away to Newcastle
Liverpool have 2 home games and away to Wolves

We might be out of the race for UCL by the time we play Everton.

The way we going at the moment we probably belong in the bottom 3. Dont think i ever seen Chelsea win a game 2-0 in such a  fortunate manner. 

Nice, much needed win. Not great overall but finally 3 points and clean sheet, I take it. Kudos to Sanchez. 
 
Big win for West Ham and little personal revenge for Nuno 😄 I hope West Ham will stay up, as shit as they are now I have always felt they belong to the Premier League. I support them to stay up 100x times more than Forest or Leeds.

Been proved once again their is a massive gulf in class or ability or whatever you wish to name it between our top best team and the rest of the squad, some of the signings are bordering on ridiculous. We now in a position where the best available team has to play every game or face defeat. You cant entirely blame Maresca as he does not sign the players. On top of that noone will want them at the price we paid for them. Its a huge mess.

I was ok and happy Maresca seemed to be coming right but he only flatters to deceive and  it quite seemingly appears thats not going to  change which is unacceptable for Chelsea as a club and a team and the huge fan base world wide. Therefore as much as I wanted Maresca to succeed being half Italian myself it's time to go or the alternative is a mid table finish or even lower as the points separating all the clubs is very minute, I mean even United for one team who are having a bad season according to their fans have the same points as us and will probably finish ahead of us. NOW is the time to sort this mess out or face a very disappointing season.

It would be madness to sell Neto, understand his limitations but he still brings speed and thrust to the team and he can score  goals given the opportunity. In your eyes, what makes him a "perfectly good" backup player? He has been quite awful in every game he played. Shaky, weak passing, offer nothing offensively, bad tackles. 
 
He is super young, I don't want to write him off, but it's certainly underwhelming what he has done so far, for someone like me who didn't watch him at Ajax I don't see yet what was the hype and price tag about. He cannot even be a starter with Fofana, Badiashile and Colvill unavailable, and doesn't put any stress on Cucurella either. 
For counter example, Gittens definetly hasn't find his best form/position either, but he had some games/periods where we can see he is indeed super talented and got valuable skills. With Hato, I fail to see at this point what he is supposed to be outstanding at and what will make him a starter in the future.

I mean yeah you're right it's good for us but it's so fucking boring every time international matches start.

If reports coming out of Spain are accurate. As reported by Fichajes, Chelsea have said "no" to an offer of more than €170 million for Palmer, from Manchester City. The Blues would only be willing to negotiate if the figure reaches over £250 million.
