Nah. Not a fluke. Both city and liverpool. I guess it was the way they set up. Ultra defensive, to be fair, even chelsea-esque. And simply countered those teams with pace. Could not even dream to do that against villa. It was a completely different ball-game. But I do agree, we should beat them.
-
Agree with this.
-
I dont think they have CMs. Wheelchair is named as such for a reason. Noble is ancient Rice Soucek Tbf, barkley would be a good addition for them.
-
I know. But he looked like he wanted to prove a point. Defensively and Offensively. Point being, if that shot had gone in, we would be saying "really good". But do agree, it was pleasing to see the effort and some of the play.

Whatever floats your boat. 😂

LOL. I came on here less than a month ago, so please dont play the victim card with me. I have seen enough of your posts to understand that you love to explain your points either with stats or figures. If you are having trouble defending Rudiger, it should be quite explanatory of how poor he has been. As for Mount, love the dude. Show me one post of mine where I have critized him. Gives his all for the shirt. Also, I am not a rudiger agenda-ist. I am simply going on meritocracy. He has been absymal this season while ZOUMA has been our best CB with no doubt. You put in an article showing that "RUdiger has not been as bad" and go on and want zouma to be sold, yet are calling other people to have an agenda. LOL. So agree to disagree but stop with all this nonsense about agendas and stop potraying rudiger as some scapegoat. His performances merit criticism and to even think about selling zouma before him is laughing and actual gas lighting.
-
This I agree. 😂😂
-
This is based on exactly what? Rudiger is horrid defensively. Has no positional awareness. Gets bullied by literally every physical striker. Makes Antonio look like Drogba. The first CB out should be rudiger. Already 27 (so he is in his "Prime"), injury-prone and just not good enough.
-
Why would we sell our best CB (Zouma) while keeping rudiger?
-
What? I said, he closed them down. To which your reply is this, that United defenders "dealt with him". Well, it makes perfect sense. That 1-2 was probably the only time we had the ball or tried to play forward. Again, can you get me the possession stats from the last 10 mins. Given that he is going through a dry spell which even the likes of lacazette go through. And that Giroud is olaying well, and Tammy is down to sub appearances, then yes, we will get to see the best of him next season. If he can get another 15 goals next season as a 2nd striker, then it will be "ANoTHER" successful season, just like this one
-
Irrespective of today's result, this was always going to be the case.
-
Closed United down, ran his heart out in 10 mins. The same ten minutes where we were only looking to close out the game rather than extend the 3-0 lead, so obviously had very less of the ball. Even in that he played that wonderful 1-2 with CHO down the wing which ultimately led to Tammy releasing CHO. But let all of that not interfere with your agenda.

"Frank's son" - seriously? Its sad to see the amount of hate our own youth players get from our own fans. Its baffling. Anyways, Kante, Kova, gilmour, Rlc, mount, Kai. 6 players for 3 positions. If this season is anything to go by, injuries will be galore, oppurtunities will be there. Lamps will be aware that he needs to rotate more too. Literally no way RLC leaves us. To add to all of that, since the next season will be "shorter" in time period, fixtures will be even more congested, injuries can be more rampant and rotation will be the need of the hour.

High Stakes. Liverpool seem to be on the beach (dont want to jinx it though). Willy James Azpi Zouma Rudi Alonso Willian Jorginho/Kante (if fit) Kovacic Pulisic Giroud

http://forum.talkchelsea.net/topic/29017-sheffield-united-3-0-chelsea/?do=findComment&comment=1487698 I am sorry. You were saying?
-
Right. My bad.
-
They currently have the same goal difference. So a 2-0 win against whu and 0-1 to Leicester would also suffice.
-
Really good outing (sans the penalty obviously).
-
That is really harsh on the kid.
-
Thank you. Every post from that poster is hopelessly negative Nothing else.
-
"clearly not good enough". Even read a "how is he a professional footballer". I mean a lot of people are going to look like absolute idiots
-
I think we are winning this. Come on Chelsea.
-
I read that its a free transfer, but have a decent sell-on percent.
-
Lost Danilo pantic on a free too.

Uninterested. Really? Losing the game would officially end the title race. Followed by a guard of honour in just the next game. What part of their performance makes you think they were uninterested.
