That said, there's also been some truly evil hypocrisy from so called "anti racists" who've liked people who voted for Brexit or Tory as being as bad as war criminals - saw it on a football forum with a very hard left fanbase. Others on the left were hoping Boris died when he had covid and one Labour councilor even went as far as saying he wished covid was around during the Brexit vote and killed off all those who voted to leave. Yet, every one of those people will see themselves as morally upstanding, decent citizens. In case you think I'm defending racists, then no, I am not! Never voted Tory or for Brexit, but I hate Left wing extremists every bit as much as I hate the genuine far right. All devisive, poisonous cnuts as far as I'm concerned.

Yes, I've found a lot of our games quite dull to watch under TT. But we're at the sharp end of the season now with every game being a huge one, so its a matter of winning the game but saving as much energy as possible for the next game a few days later. I'll tolerate any boring shite now to get the job done, but I do hope next season TT sets us up to play a bit more attacking, adventurous football.
-
Yes, but this time, once the second goal went in, the lads were correctly conserving as much energy as possible.
-
With our GD advantage, two more wins will mean West Ham have to win four and draw one of their last five. Two wins and a draw will mean they have to win all five.
-
No question Fulham would have scored 2 if Kepa was in goal. Have to get Kante on and bin the woeful Zeyrch. Decent game to watch tho with both teams having a good go.
-
We our dreadful finishing, we keep almost every game alive until the final whistle.
-
Should have put that away Ziyech!
-
He strolls thru games like they're exhibition matches.Really don't see anything in him that makes me think he's got a future here. Hope he proves me wrong tho.
-
A peak time Jose would already be warming up sub's for those two who are both having mares. I can see Fulham drawing or even winning this if TT doesn't do something soon.
-
Mendy's best save of the season! Need to get a grip here boys!
-
That's it Kurt, no fannying about in the box, just clear the danger.
-
Good long ball, brilliant takedown and pass by Mount and decent finish by Kai. Fulham look there for a good beating, so go for the kill Chelsea,!
-
Has the lad been out partying every night, or something? TT really doesn't rate him at all now, or giving him a fair crack.
-
Holy cow, that midfield looks extremely weak. Would have played CHO over James.
-
No club will pay him anywhere the money he's on at Chelsea. Maybe not even half of what he's getting now. Also, with the poor standard he's at now, i can't see any prem club paying much for him either. So, will he want away from us knowing he's going to earn a fraction of what he's getting now, or do we keep a player we know is no longer good enough for us and keep loaning him out? So, again, my opinion is to get him off the wage bill with that very nice, goodwill gesture, which I think he deserves.
-
Danger with City having nothing to play for when they meet us is they could go out completely relaxed and shit all over us. But even is they do have nothing to play for, they won't want to lose two on the trot to us, so count on them being up for it.
-
Big result for us! Just need to win tomorrow and be right back in with a chance of catching Leicester. They've got as tough a run in as us too, which makes top four all the more open now
-
It wasn't that long ago when there were quotes of Villa paying 40 million for Barkely, but now he's not even worth 15? I would have him back as a fringe squad player but nothing more than that. Seeing that Loftus is a Chelsea boy who's had his career with us ended by playing in a charity match, I wouldn't be adverse to see us give him a free transfer as a goodwill gesture.
-
I like Scott Parker and given time he could go on to be a good manager. However, no room for any sentiment here, so I want to see the lads make up for that horror show against Brighton and give Fulham a good stuffing. Has three days rest and another three before the 2nd leg, so there can be no excuses about being tierd. 2 - O.
-
Yes, that's my real worry too. He just looks a tecnically poor player for this level. When top strikers are in a slump of form it usually only takes a good game and a goal to get them going again. So far, when Timo has a good game and scores a goal, he goes back to being shite again in the following games, and I have to wonder why.
-
But Drogba was never just about scoring goals for us. Great team player and one of the truly great big match players.
-
Point hammered home tonight! Quite sad to see a once mighty league being so poor now. Again, if we want to secure 4th place for the next few years then by all means sign the big lump. But no way in hell should we go anywhere near him if we are thinking seriously about challenging for the title.
-
I don't see any "hate" for Timo. Far from it! I think lot of fans like him and are willimg him to do well. Those dissing him are just disappointed and frustrated with all these almost comical misses he keeps on making which are hurting the teams efforts.
-
Tammy and Zouma are useful squad players, so id keep them, but I'd like to see all of the others in that list moved on Giroud has done well for us, but we need another younger striker. Jorginho is not a bad player by any means, but the current three midfielders are not and never will be a good fit together, so out of that three I'd move him on.
-
Yes, Tammy can hardly do any worse than Werner, so I hope TT starts him against Fulham. Some fans are saying we should sell Tammy in the summer, but I'm not so sure we should. He's good enough as a 3rd choice striker the same way as Zouma is good enough as a 3rd or 4th CB. Depends on whether they are prepared to want to be more than that at Chelsea. Chances of winning trophies over playing week in week out at a lower level club? Difficult choice to make.
