After a defeat we see lots of weird things here trying to explain why we lost, from the use of one single youngster to the lack of Matic in the midfield. Mourinho should get criticism when he deserves to. Last season his work was average at best but he received few criticism. As someone said, last season the victories against PSG, Liverpool and City were 100% attributed to Jose's tactics. When the team lost at home 3-1 to Atletico in a UCL semi there were even people saying Madrid's squad was way stronger than ours... Having said that, I don't get why someone would criticize Mourinho after a FA Cup game, when the team is 5 points clear in top of PL, and during a season that we can really see us winning UCL. Perhaps I'm wrong, but imo this team can beat Bayern, Real or Barcelona. I don't know what you guys think, but for me the season would be a failure if at the end of it, all we got is a Cup trophy, because we all know this team is supposed to do a lot more. Until now, Mourinho's jobs this season has been correct. its also really good for my taste that people are talking more about Costa, Fabregas and Hazard than how genius Mourinho is, because at the end of the day we know that the real stars are on the pitch. The only complain I have about Mourinho until now is that he failed to improve our defense. I don't how who is fooling when keeps saying our back four are amazing and Terry is as good as in 2005. it seems he really believe all defensive problems relied on Luiz.

to be honest I'm expecting two easy games. PSG is not even on top of the league, and I just watched their game today and they don't look like a solid team, and it seems the team's spirit is not so great.

I'm done with that kind of stupid comment, if you can't see Willians importance in 2nd and 4th goals only because he was not the last one to make the final pass and then get one more score in the "assistances" stats, then I'm done with you. I bet you didn't even watched the game.

To be honest you can tell everything you want about Willian, but to be honest saying he never chooses the right option is a pretty stupid thing to say about him. Its not a surprise people saying nonsensical things in this topic are typical Xurli fan-boys The worst aspect of Willian's game is the amount of times he hide behind defenders instead of trying to avoid the opposition defense, and the amount of times he decides to make a simple pass instead of shooting on goal, but thats is really changing in recent games.

To be honest when he was signed I was expecting him to be the player he is right now: someone who would play in the final 20 minutes of some matches, would start cup games, would play league games in order to rest other guys or would get more playing time when someone was injured. But it seems he believes he can play more games. I remember one game last season (final result was 2-2, he scored both), right after he scored the first one he celebrated pointing his fingers to the pitch, like saying (this is my place, I must be on the pitch). I also believe he trusted in the WC hype. His performance in the tournament was way overhyped, specially by our fans, just remember that in the beginning of the season everybody were saying he was going to be a starting XI beyond doubt. I'm not sure why he would leave. He is playing in one of the best teams in the world, he gets some playing time, and still can score some goals. Not to mention he can get a more important role when someone is not available, like in the 2nd leg against PSG in UCL last season. But I get the feeling he believes he is too goo to sit on the bench for most part of the season.

I'm sure Oscar is furious because he was prevented his first hat-trick ever.

To be honest its not a aspect of his game. Its was an aspect in this specific match. Today the 2nd goal game after a quick touch to Oscar. 4th goal game after he speeded up the game, and don't say it was a different Willian today. This is how he is. He doesn't score too much goals or give the final assist, that why you will hear complains about his game coming from people with "low football IQ".

Must stay as our number 1 keeper until the end of the season. Actually I can't remember a game where Cech conceded 5 goals in 90 minutes...just saying.

Oscar didn't have a bad game, and its also clear Mourinho don't see Willian as a player to score goals.
