  1. What? Capello shits on Rafa when it comes to managerial achievements. Plus the fact that he was a terrific player. Seriously. Capello isn't an "average" manager whatsoever. He's managed big clubs all of his life.
  2. People have their own opinions you know.
  3. I BROUGHT THIS GIRLBACK HOME AND I COOKED HER NOODLES AFTER I SMASHED HER. OMG I'M SUCHA GENT
  4. JUST WANTED TO SAY. I'M SO DRUNK RIGHT MOW BUT I LOVE ALL OF YOU. ALL OF YOU. EVEN THAT TWAT BACKSTREET09. ALL OF YOY.
  5. One should rename this as the "fashion thread". Which items in that photo are you looking at? The whole suit? The loafers?
  6. Kagawa has pretty much reached his potential, he won't get that much better... Whereas Hazard's potential ceiling is well let's just say... Sky's the limit for this boy.
  7. Mata is a very streaky player indeed. But when he's not scoring or assisting he still brings a lot to the team in the final third.
  8. Mata, Oscar and Hazard all took chances to play through the middle, especially the former two. Oscar and Mata were interchanging a lot, sometimes you'd find Oscar on the left or right wing, likewise with Mata. They all pretty much have free roles. Yes we don't have real width but this is the best way we as a team can play. If we need to change it up we always have Moses available.
  9. Lampard and Ramires always get stick but they were brilliant in the first half, especially Lampard defensively. Both are distributing the ball nicely and are holding up well positionally. Luiz, Oscar and Ba also having great games. Hopefully Eden and Juan step it up just a little bit in the second half so we can grab a deserved second goal. KTBFFH.
  10. Thanks again guys, I'll try and take the tips mentioned here and conjure up some rough programme, which I will post on here again when I have time for you guys to have a look at. To dumps, I'm around 5'10"/11" and weigh around 180lbs, and also I'm 19. Any more tips would be very welcoming.
  11. Oscar has been brilliant IMO. Great cross there.
  12. Feeding off scraps, but I'd love old Guus to coach the team for a couple of years. Brilliant manager.
  13. Wish JT was playing instead of Bran. Apart from that, not bad. As long as the pivot do okay and Oscar is predominantly played through the middle.
  14. Thanks for the excellent feedback guys. I guess I do need to state my goals though - basically my body fat percentage is at around 25% so ideally is like to cut down a lot on BF. I'd love to lose like 10%. My body looks very lopsided and uneven to me and I beat myself up about it sometimes but enough is enough really. I also want to get bigger arms mainly - I think my torso to arm ratio is very weird. My torso seems to be huge compared to my arms. Another question is should I work on losing BF first (I'm not exactly sure on how to do this btw) or just work on my strength and getting my arms, chest and legs etc. bigger? Or do I just combine it sort of? Also to note that I used to be in my uni basketball team but sort of gave up because I ain't fit enough really. I really need to pick myself up. But I know I can't demand for too much yet - I'd prioritise losing BF% and getting bigger arms over getting fitter for basketball - I want to work on that aspect in the summer. What should I do guys? Thanks again.
  15. Thanks for the nomination guys, but I really think it should go to The only place to be or Peace this month, they've been very very good.
  16. Mourinho is currently playing a 19 year old in defence over Pepe. He does give chances, and he'll know that when he comes here he has to work with these sort of players.
  17. Hey guys, I have a few problems. 1) Whenever I try to start a routine for working out I usually do well for about a week or 2, then just give up really. I don't know why but I always end up beating myself up about not sticking with it. Funny thing is that last summer I actually stuck to training + gym for about 3 months straight, and now I just can't seem to even do it for a month. It's very mentally draining because I know I'm better than this and I know that I'm sort of holding myself back. I just want to get into a good routine and be the guy I deserve to be. My question regarding this is, how do you guys motivate yourselves and stay determined? 2) Whenever I am in the gym, because I haven't been consistently for a long time my strength has decreased a lot. Before I could bench press probably 70/80kg but now I'm struggling to do 50. It's weird because my chest in general is quite big, and although I was anticipating a strength loss, I didn't anticipate it to be this big. It's the same with when I'm trying to work on my arms or legs. Do you guys recommend I should just basically start all over again with reps that I'm comfortable with or do I push myself to do bigger weights? 3) I think the fact that I'm a little overweight (probably by around 10 pounds maximum, I'm 5'10/11" and weigh 180lbs) has contributed to my strength loss. Another question is - do I first try to lose this weight with strictly cardio and a cleaner diet or do I start both weight training and combine it with cardio/jogs on my rest day perhaps? Thanks in advance.
  18. @The only place to be and @Peace. have been excellent. I nominate them both.
  19. What a guy you are mate. Blijf sterk!
  20. For Newcastle this season, he scored 14 goals in the league before he moved to us. We aren't using him right and he's really not being allowed to play into his form. It's quite similar to what we did with Sturridge.
  21. @Peace., you make a very valid point but then again we can also look at the other side of the coin and say that buying Luke Shaw now for £10m (or whatever his fee will be) is also another big gamble. Shaw looks an outstanding prospect but anything can happen - look at Kakuta for example who looked to be head and shoulders above everyone in his age group. My point is that right now we're pretty solid at the left back position with Cole staying for another year and Bertrand and PVA coming through alright - we shouldn't really prioritise signing Shaw as he could be as big of a gamble as us allowing Bertrand and PVA to fight it out as to who becomes our new starting left back. Personally I think we should allow Luke to develop maybe for another year or two before seriously considering purchasing him. Maybe if he's still making strides in his development we could have a look at purchasing him next year if the price is reasonable and if he'll be worth it. Right now though I don't think he's anywhere near ready for CFC. If he comes now we'd practically ruin his career unless we let go of both Bertrand and PVA.
  22. And personally I really wouldn't want Grant as a manager here, he's worse than Benitez.
  23. Benitez won't get sacked IMO. I know it's painful to watch sometimes but he's off at the end of the season and that's okay with me. As long as the players rally together for the last 15-20 or so games and win the majority of them we'll make top 4 IMO. That's all we need to focus on now - support the team by creating a good atmosphere for the players whenever we have a game.
