I knew people would bring up our game and yes that was a great game but we had a lot of luck in my opinion. Bayern today however played Barcelona off the park. I don't think Barcelona even had a shot on target today. Bayern weren't scared of Barcelona today, they still played their own game and executed it perfectly. Props to their manager who completely out foxed Barcelona's manager today. Shame he's retiring at the end of the season.

That was the greatest performance I've ever seen against this Barcelona team. Honestly, that has just reaffirmed to me that Bayern are the best team in club football at the moment. Robben MOTM.

This is it. We should've been ahead of Arsenal and Spurs comfortably right now. Reading, Southampton and the QPR games is where we fucked up.

We already had a We Hate Liverpool thread which got deleted after some events. We've got a We Hate Arsenal & United thread too, it's got nothing to do with yesterday's game.

I think we'll get it. If anything, yesterday's events should add fire to every single player's belly to finish in the top 4. I think Arsenal, despite having the easier run in, will miss out - it's us & Spurs for top 4 I think. We still have 5 games left - If we get 11/15 pts (with us crucially beating Spurs) it'll be enough to see us through.

Well, you know that's exactly going to happen after he has a blinder against us, it's inevitable, you can say it as many times as you want but that won't change people's opinion. Yeah, our future's bright, we've got Lukaku but selling Sturridge was a mistake and yesterday's game was a reminder. It isn't the end of the world at all but ideally he should still be a CFC; obviously circumstances regarding our striker options (Torres) didn't allow that. People have a right to criticise the club's bad move after he had a great game against us, especially after the stick he got despite rarely playing up front and his supposed "attitude" (even though he didn't celebrate his goal and even though the CFC fans gave him stick whilst he was warming up). People took the opportunity to trash talk about Sturridge at almost every opportunity here, so I don't see what's wrong with people acknowledging his efforts yesterday tbh.

Suarez just epitomises everything I hate about Liverpool. Pure scum. Still very speechless.

I don't understand why people are angry about people posting about Sturridge? If you don't want to read anything positive about him why come to this thread in the first place when you know it's inevitable after he basically changed the game for Pool?
