Well it's a bit obvious why most Chelsea fans love Mourinho. It's pretty self explanatory.

You can look at Jose in a very pessimistic manner such as what TorontoChelsea's write up is, or you can look at him in a positive way. I'm not going to bother countering the argument because the optimistic opinions have already been written up on here and are already known, but all I'll say is that money/having the best squad in the league does not automatically equate to one automatically winning tons of trophies. Man City are a prime example of that. You could even make a case for the Real Madrid galacticos, who obviously had the most talented squad in the world by far - but still underachieved with that. Jose has one thing that many other managers don't have, and that one thing is that he's just a winner. It's easy to have a negative view on him now because this has been the worse season in his managerial career so far but I really do think he'll come back stronger than ever. He has his critics which is fair enough, but no one can say he's just a "solid" manager in my opinion. He's clearly still one of the best managers in the world, his record speaks for itself.

Nice if true. Loan back would be ideal, then if he develops well next season we can have him and Bertrand as LBs after Cole's contracts expires. We'd be set for years.

Frankly, no one are on their level, but that doesn't mean you're still not one of the best players in Europe in my opinion. I certainly rate him that highly, Messi and Ronaldo are on another level though.

Well, he's got 15 goals and 21 assists this season which is definitely up there with the best if you ask me, and he's only going to improve. Already one of the star players in the PL, so surely he's one of the best in Europe already as well?

I want KDB back here in that regista role to be honest. We don't really need to sign a DLP if we just give this guy a chance (and maybe try Oscar there as well). I'd love to see him work with Mourinho on his defensive side to the game, he's young enough. Only way he'd really fit into our team as well.

He already is. KDB does too, but I wouldn't call him one of the best in Europe just yet.

I know, I think the same, if you see my second post on him you'll see that - but the thing is he hasn't had that solid platform yet so to say he's on Hazard's level already is a bit too far at the moment because he hasn't been given that opportunity at a stable platform yet. He can definitely get there though.

Zidane gets recognised plenty of times, Pirlo is known as one of the elite midfielders on the planet... KDB has potential to be world class for sure, but to say he's pretty much there already (Hazard is definitely a world class player) is a bit too far IMO. He will be soon, especially at a better team, but I think we need to take it a bit slower with KDB. Also, I don't think the board will sell him. People are just looking for something to moan at.

So De Bruyne is on the same level as our 2nd best player this season (some would argue the best) then? I don't think he's on Hazard's level yet, very few are. He's a gem and I have watched Bremen a few times just because of him but on Hazard's level right now? I don't think so. Very few are. I know he performs for Belgium but one shouldn't solely use that as a perimeter to measure how good a player is. KdB hasn't done for Bremen what Hazard has done for Lille. I'm interested in knowing, many think Hazard could be the best player in the PL next season, can you say the same about KdB? I think people are starting to overrate the guy which isn't good. Let's just take it slow with him shall we?

He was signed when AVB was manager but I doubt AVB personally sanctioned the transfer. You should give the credit to our scout team or even Emelano.

He won't turn into Mikel at all if he dropped back in midfield because Mikel got turned into a holding player/anchor man. Oscar would be different as he'd be more of a regista/deep lying playmaker.

I feel they can easily work together, it's pretty simple. Emelano has done a good job in my opinion and according to some rumours it is Emelano that sounded out Jose to Roman as well. Gets unfair stick.

I include Emelano as part of the scouting team .

We aren't though, just because there are rumours someone is interested in our player doesn't mean we're prepared to let him go. We should be aiming higher than players of Farfan's calibre, sorry.

Well, it isn't that hard to be called up for the Dutch national team if you're a decent defender. Gefeliciteerd anyway.
