Really love how Mourinho is giving Solanke an extended run in this pre season, he's got huge potential. Has it all as a striker. My favourite youth player atm.

Costa is bloody quick.

Been focussing a lot on Costa, his off the ball runs in the final third are superb, only Cesc and Matic seem to be looking for him though.

Vitesse play a very patient, possession based system, and are playing with a very high line against us. They are not defence first like the other teams we faced.They've been okay IMO. Don't forget that in the other games we didn't play an XI anywhere near as strong as this one either.

I'd say Vitesse are the strongest team we've faced so far actually.

I always say that his style might be a bit unorthodox but he isn't as bad technically as people make him out to be. He's actually pretty good. Pretty complete as a striker.

Matic is running the show from the pivot. MVG being there allows him to get forward a bit more.

It does matter a lot... The price for an unsettled/unwanted player reduces by quite some bit. If Lukaku had been an important player here at CFC just like Marquinhos was for Roma, he definitely would've gone for a lot more.

We would've if he wasn't angling for a move away from CFC from pretty much the start of last season.

This could be very close to our starting XI at Burnley IMO. Replace Torres with Hazard and JT with Ivanovic and voila.
