  1. Very busy at the moment, just focussing on improving myself as a person so I'm grabbing almost every single opportunity out there for me. Sometimes it's a bit overwhelming but I'm determined and motivated enough to know that hard work pays off.
  2. Haha, you're still having a go at this? Hmm I don't know to be honest. They're both beauties, but if pressed hard I'd probably go for Ms. Stone. Actually maybe Ms. Watson... Ugh I don't know
  3. Because I'm TC's captain, duh! But no, on a serious level... Because I like to see myself as a leader amongst men, and love to inspire people to be their best! They're alright I suppose... I'm more of a dog guy though...
  4. I wouldn't say he's shit, he isn't amazing at it though. If he's in the box he attacks a cross pretty well though.
  5. On the Arse forum. The meltdown is hilarious.
  6. Very solid outing. He'll grow in confidence with a few more games, can see him single handily winning some games for us this season if he is given an extended run in.
  7. I wasn't kidding when I said that Schurrle and Fabregas are going to be a problem this season...
  8. Haha, I do love how you absolutely loathed Fab when he was at Barca and wouldn't entertain him being here but that he is now your favourite player! Don't blame you at all though, the guy is one of the best in the world when he's on form. Outstanding player. The footballing world should be very aware.
  9. I haven't seen us score a goal as good as Schurrle's one in a very long time. I still can't get over it right now. What a goal.
  10. My exact thoughts. He's going to be brilliant this year because of that - he is no longer our sole danger man with the likes of Costa, Fabregas and Schurrle (with one PL season behind him) now. He was brilliant today, his run for Schurrle's goal was orgasmic.
  11. Fabregas and Ivanovic were world class. Costa had a great debut, and we generally looked very good when we were attacking with purpose. Really good first game. Bring on Leicester.
  12. As much as I give him stick for his attacking abilities, Ivanovic has been world class going forward today.
  13. Yup. Schurrle is going to have a lot of fun with Fabregas.
  14. Fabregas is phenomenal. What a fucking player.
  15. The guy is so good, huge future. I would definitely be willing to ship out one or two AMs for him.
  16. They're a very solidly run team with a very careful, conservative manager. I don't think it'll be a goalfest at all, think we'll nick a 1-0 or 2-1.
  17. Haha that's the biggest lie, Arsenal fans used to scapegoat Ramsey and blame everything on him and generally almost every one of them wanted to get rid of him. I know, I'm surrounded by them.
  18. Also at fault for the second goal conceded, completely ball watching instead of watching Berahino. He won't ever be a top class left back simply because his defensive game isn't strong enough, and I don't think it ever will be.
  19. True, but then again Siggy will get you bags of points as well, IMO he'll get close to Gerrard's pts this season, maybe even more, so he won't be missed too much. The collective points of Siggy and a top striker will bring you more pts than Gerrard and Lambert IMO.I think Bentekkers is a month or so away.
  20. I would replace Gerrard with Siggy and get a better forward.
  21. Fergie and Moyes never really used a pure #10 in their system anyway so it doesn't matter. About LVG, we don't know yet whether Kagawa isn't favoured or not. It's only the start of the season.
  22. You can't compare Kagawa's situation to the Torres one. Kagawa was frozen out at United and never properly used and the system in United never favoured him. He never ever got an extensive run in the team or at the #10 position. IMO there's nothing wrong with anyone preferring Mata over Kagawa or vice versa. They've both been excellent when used in the right system and when they play regularly. Actually Kagawa's situation at United is quite similar to Mata's here last season, Mata was very average for us because he didn't play extensively and wasn't used correctly by Mourinho (to suit his strengths). You could say the same about Kagawa at United. Mata isn't light years ahead of Kagawa at all, that's overrating Mata.
