And Sarri said that Alonso is one of the best LBs in the world? Just year ago he was nominated for player of the month under Lampard. Truth being told we didn't have better LB/LWB since Cole. Alonso gave us much more than Baba, Emerson, Luis, Bertrand... I'm confident Chilwell will be better for us in the future but for now I see no issues with Alonso playing over him especially in this setup.

Yes bad first half but I thought he was our best attacker in the second half. He needs run of games. To play 4,5 games in a row and eventually he will come good.

I understand his logic but too pragmatic now. When you see our lineup before the game basically you just hope for Giroud scoring after some cross or out of nowhere. We play with 9 or 10 players who are not likely to do anything in attack.

It is because of quality and we have big squad. Werner, Havertz and Pulisic were on the bench.

He always look like that in big games. In 7 big games this season UTD scored just once (from penalty).
