  1. To direct you to Jason's point, he scored 90 goals in 4 seasons. When you look at his goals, the majority of which were from the space behind the back line. The prem limits the space he finds with a low block, thus reducing the number of chances he'll get. Thus reducing the number of goals.
  2. The majority of his goals were finding space behind the back line and shifting to the left. He won't find any space like that in the prem. RB also played to his strengths, where there was a lot of creativity in their midfield that supplied Werner.
  3. Bundesliga fans did warn us that he misses loads. RB just created a tremendous amount of chances for him and in Germany, there is always space behind the back line which is where Werner flourishes. Don't think he'll get any better. 😬
  4. We should really put more fire to the Werner + cash for Haaland rumor...
  5. It's becoming harder and harder to really defend him now.
  6. One of Brazils most talented players apparently.
  7. Remember those members, particularly the continuous Mount bashers, that said we missed a trick loaning out Barkley instead of Mount after Villa beating Liverpool and Arsenal? Conveniently removing the notorious fact from memory that Barkley is embarrassingly inconsistent?
  8. Precisely. We'd be foolish to have this system pull the wool over our eyes when a top CB and CM are much needed.
  9. What if our chance creation/conversion continues to look poor next season with the 3atb? Are you going to trust our back line in a back 4 if Tuchel needs to change it up?
  10. He sorted his hip injury, and the only injury he had this sustained was from an ankle challenge. He and VVD will be a wall.
  11. Konate starting his medical with Liverpool. Can't help but feel we are missing a trick here. The moment Tuchel feels forced to revert to a back 4, all of our defensive troubles will arise again.
  12. Has Ancelotti ever declined it though? Would be strange for Wilkins to fabricate that. I wouldn't put it past Ancelotti for preferring a premier league proven player over Aguero at the time.
  13. Supposedly. Guess will wait and see. Haaland and Raiola together will be 3x City's current transfer record.
  14. Ancelotti wanted him according to Wilkins.
  15. Nothing's really changed. It was rumored Aguero was leaving back in January. It would be maddening to see City or any Club meet Dortmund and Raiola's demands this summer.
  16. I do as well, and I reiterate that is such a strange analysis.
  17. That is such a strange analysis. Is this actually a fact or something you conjured up? His muscular injuries have more to do with a combination of poor offseason preparation and recovery.
  18. Ah what could of been. Not too arsed considering what we accomplished after 2010, but imagine had we signed Aguero instead of Torres.
  19. Pass on Lukaku. Would rather work with what we have.
