  1. Pulisic looking sharp drew a yellow from Aurier
  2. Dortmund missing 4 big players due to injury Marco Reus Paco Alcácer Manuel Akanji (has been out for months) Julian Weigl but still a really strong lineup and they have Raphaël Guerreiro Jacob Bruun Larsen Maximilian Philipp Marius Wolf off the bench

  4. I woukd take him on a one year loan with an option for 2nd year. Zero chance he or Barca would do that though. CMF's (like Rakitic), GK's (obviously), backup strikers and trequartistas are positions I am comfortable with 30 to 32, 33yo players at. GK's even older. And of course genetic freaks like CR7, Messi, Totti, Maldini, Fernandinho, and Alves.
  5. Rakitic is 31yo in 3 weeks. It is a no starter. These reporters who keep pushing this as a buy simple are ignorant (wilfully so?) of our contractual policy in regards to 30yo's and over.
  6. Aaron Wan-Bissaka targeted by Borussia Dortmund while Chelsea and Manchester City circle https://talksport.com/football/493667/crystal-palace-aaron-wan-bissaka-borussia-dortmund-chelsea-manchester-city-transfer/
  7. Inter just stripped Icardi of his captaincy https://www.football.london/chelsea-fc/transfer-news/welcome-chelsea-blues-fans-go-15824440
  8. I see the bigger picture and that is why the club needs to be sold.
  9. this assumes Eden and CHO leave Players to keep (or elevate to first team) Kepa Bulka Rudiger AC Ampadu Fikayo Tomori Reece James Kante RLC Pulisic Higuain (1 more year on loan, the cut him loose) Tammy the rest SELL or just let walk they are not good enough, never will be unless Barkley pulls a miracle or we are stuck with Kovacic (which is not a disaster if we stop fucking playing him at AMF) yes, Azpi, sell whilst we can still get £30-40m or so, he is a spent force (that is what happens when you play a RB 4,100 to 4,700 minutes a year for years on end, probably 9,500 or so the last 2 years alone)
  10. The best I can possibly see us finishing is 4th. Obviously Manure is a huge problem there, perhaps even Arsenal. I do not see us catching Spuds, I do not see Manure or Arse catching Spuds. We are still in 4 comps (EL, EPL, League Cup, FA Cup) Unless a miracle occurs I do not see us wining either domestic cup, as we will have to beat Manure AND more than likely Shitty in the FA Cup and beat Shitty again in the League Cup. I I have to say about those two cups is that it looks terrible, as in 6 nil terrible. The EL is probably our best shot at qualifying for the CL next year, but there are many teams who could beat us. The winner of Lazio/Sevilla, Napoli, Inter, Arsenal, Bayer, RB Salzburg, and Frankfurt. Hopefully we get a break in the draws and only have to face the best teams in either the semi-finals or the final. We have not technically failed yet at any of the 4, but the odds are bad. The odds we fail at all 4 are over 50%, for sure (unless Manure now collapses). We are playing like absolute SHIT. That is beyond dispute. Something has to give or we will end up in 6th place in the EPL (maybe even 7th if we really collapse more and Wolves or Watford go on a tear, although I do NOT see that happening). If we just keep rolling out same players, same system/formation and then lose Eden and CHO and fuck up their replacements, plus do not significantly sell and upgrade multiple other positions, we will be in deep danger next year of not even qualifying for the EL, let alone CL. That also doesn't even take into account a possible 2 year transfer ban. The club has entered into a very, very dangerous zone of potential steep decline. The club needs to be sold. Roman clearly doesn't run a tight ship anymore, plus he is too encumbered by geo-political tangential issues.
  11. ZZ TOP Chelsea news: Zinedine Zidane clear favourite to replace Maurizio Sarri as manager https://talksport.com/football/493617/chelsea-news-zinedine-zidane-replace-maurizio-sarri/
  12. sell him he isn't good enough this loan army shit needs to end before we get caught in a rule change landslide
  13. Barcelona and Real Madrid ready to go to “war” over Luka Jović The Serbian has become a hot commodity for the biggest teams in Europe https://www.barcablaugranes.com/2019/2/12/18221802/barcelona-and-real-madrid-ready-to-go-to-war-over-luka-jovic
  14. Barella is the next Verratti same bad temper and drive to combat well I loved watching Manure get smashed about by a proper team
  15. They are not happy with any of their LB options (Mendy due to attitude and injuries) and also need to make sure they have enough HG's. At RB, Walker also turns 30 towards the end of next season and I am positive they do not see Danilo as Walker's long terms replacement (both talent wise and age wise, as he only has 2 years left of sub 30yo play as well). The two big needs they also have are a Fernandinho back/up replacement (they are insane if they do not try and cut a deal for Neves) and a CB to replace the spent, often-injured Kompany and the wuthless Otamendi.. David Silva turns 34 in 10 months so they will have to look to replace him soon, as well. If they go true (as MJ says) Billy Big Balls, they might shift Bernardo Silva back to MF to replace David Silva and make a move for Mbappe in the next several years. I see the players they would possibly sell or let go soon as Claudio Bravo Otamendi Kompany Mangala (massive bust, our Drinkwater, but even worth less) Mendy (if they bought both Chilwell and Junior Firpo and sold Oleksandr Zinchenko as well, or even better, buy Lucas Hernandez as he is a yop 4 LB as well and give CB cover) Oleksandr Zinchenko (see above) Danilo (if they bought Wan-Bissaka) Fabian Delph David Silva If they sold/let go all of those they would raise £175-200m or so That would pay for Neves (I will guess they (or we) could get Wolves to sell for £85m or so) and de Ligt (£90m or so) or Skriniar/Lucas Hernandez/Koulibaly/Marquinhos/Giminez They would still have to buy 2 LB's (Firpo and Chilwell? that would be £95m), a RB (Wan-Bissaka would cost around £35m or so, maybe £40m), another backup CB (unless they keep Kompany), a backup GK (easy enough to find or keep Bravo) and another CMF all that would cost around £180-220m net they obviously have that type of money obviously they wont make all those moves, but many will happen
  16. Kante HAS to be moved from his position NOW or sold or Sarri has to be sacked NOW. Sarri either 1. changes formations and moves Kante back to his proper role as a pure DMF (best option) 2. Uses Kante in Jorginho role (dont think it will work) 3. Sell Kante this summer OR sack Sarri and bring in manager who will implement option 1. Experiment is OVER. It was a FAIL. 4 3 3 Sarriball wont work in the EPL unless we drop £500m on a new squad, which we wont. Removing Kante from DMF role has been DISASTROUS. Move him back to his old role. Scrap Sarriball OR sell Kante to help partially fund that half a billion upgrade. If Sarri refuses, sack his fucking ass. So sick of all this. I dont give a DAMN that Kante is a goid enough athlete to play CMF to a sorta oki level. Put him fucking back to the position he is by far the best in the world at. If Sarri won't, then fuck Sarri. Moving Kante has been a horrifically bad move. Jorginho is simply not an EPL level DMF. Far too weak, frail, lazy. He is a pure fraud as a DMF. Even his passing is vastly overrated. I think he has to go, along with Sarri. Not happy at all. This shit is NOT going to fix itself. Delusional to think so.
  17. Shitty only said they wont pay £100-110m or so for him. Guarantee Wolves would take £80m to £90m.
  18. Kevin Oghenetega Tamaraebi Bakumo-Abraham
  19. I almost never say this but too short especially for EPL as a back
