  1. Jarrod Bowen passes West Ham medical after Newcastle pull out of deal for one reason West Ham look set to have won the battle to sign Jarrod Bowen from Hull. https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/1236393/Jarrod-Bowen-West-Ham-medical-passed-transfer-news-Newcastle-David-Moyes
  2. Borussia Dortmund have announced the capture of Emre Can from Juventus on loan for the remainder of the season with an obligation to buy for €25m (£21m) plus bonuses. The Germany international has fallen out of favour with the Old Lady following his arrival from Liverpool in 2018. Can has been restricted to just two league starts in Italy this season and was left out of Juventus' Champions League squad ahead the group stages. Manchester United and Everton had been credited with an interest in the 26-year-old, but Borussia Dortmund have won the race to land the midfielder, who can also play centre-back and full-back. With an eye on Euro 2020, Can is keen on regular game time to prove he deserves his place in the Germany squad ahead of the summer competition.
  3. Heartbreaking reason sees Milan move collapse for Wigan defender https://www.teamtalk.com/news/heartbreaking-reason-sees-milan-move-collapse-for-wigans-antonee-robinson Wigan defender Antonee Robinson saw his dream move to AC Milan collapse in heartbreaking circumstances. Robinson travelled to Milan on Friday after the two clubs agreed a fee for the 22-year-old on Thursday evening. The United States international underwent a medical but further medical tests with the Italian authorities were required which were subject to a 72-hour deadline. The deal could therefore not be formally ratified before the 8pm deadline in Italy and Wigan have confirmed that Robinson will now return to the DW Stadium. soooooooooooooooooo fucked up!!!!

  7. spent more quid on barristers than we did players!!!!
  8. they want to play football I guess, for a bigger team that kickabouts with the U23's a long time ago I commented on Sancho going to the Bundesliga and blowing up it would have a knock-on effect on many young English lads
  9. platinum with diamonds, sapphires, rubies £1m (or 5 weeks of what Willian wants for a salary)
  10. another of my warnings (walk on frees in the summer) coming home to roost. Latest Chelsea youth team star leaves for reduced price https://www.chelsea-news.co/2020/01/latest-chelsea-youth-team-star-leaves-reduced-price/ In his press conference earlier today Frank Lampard said that Chelsea’s transfer window was 95% done, and we might just have found out what the missing 5% was. Clinton Mola has agreed terms with FC Stuttgart, leaving Chelsea for £400,000 and a 10% sell on fee. That low fee has been conditioned by his expiring contract, but it’s still a big blow. The academy star has been a shining light for a few seasons in the youth team, and losing him just as he’s ready to enter men’s football is a massive blow.
  11. lol, you must not read many of my posts I have ranted on about left backs for ages there are 4 that could have been done this window we could have gotten around 55-65m for both Emerson and Alsonso combined or used them as swap bait/makeweight so then the options to buy Alex Telles (£32m RC) this is the one that enrages me, vast upgrade to anything we have, Alonso sale would have covered the whole cost or damn near Telles is a superb passer and free kick taker, decent on defence, he has 51 assists in the past 3 and half years tracking to 10 goals thsi year, is a proven CL player Robin Gosens (we have/had the ideal swap in Emerson, who is in demand in Italy, is an Italian citizen, and slots in well for Atalanta) Gosens is tracking to 16-18 gaols over 4000 minute season, I have watched the shit out him, he is a vast upgrade, big 1.84m, cannon shot, great motor Alejandro Grimaldo (£51m RC, a bit pricey but still doable, many rate hm here) has stated he would love to play in the EPL A must must consider for this summer is Theo Hernández, he has been a BEAST so far for Milan, close to, if not THE best LB in Serie A this season, other than maybe Gosens, Theo another big LB José Gayà 85m RC, so basically Chilwell money, too expensive for me, no clue if Valencia would give in a bit every one of those is an upgrade, a clear one over what we have another option could have been, and can be this summer is Luca Pellegrini, on loan from Juve (who reallllly want Emerson) at Cagliari, I have watched him around 6 times, he is a great young player, looks sound, very technical, athletic, oki (same as Chilwell) size, basically an Italian Chilwell clone, turns 21 in March
  12. Chelsea issue Christian Pulisic injury update https://soccer.nbcsports.com/2020/01/31/chelsea-issue-christian-pulisic-injury-update/ It doesn’t look like USMNT star Christian Pulisic will play for Chelsea this weekend as the west London club have issued an injury update on the 21-year-old. Fourth-place Chelsea head to third-place Leicester City on Saturday (Watch live, 7:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN and online via NBCSports.com) in a key game in their battle to finish in the top four of the Premier League and although Frank Lampard told Pro Soccer Talk last week that Pulisic would be out until mid-February, there had been hopes he could return for the clash at the King Power Stadium. Chelsea released an update on Friday and it doesn’t seem like Pulisic will be making the trip to Leicester, even though he put up a photo on his Instagram page showing him back running on the training pitch. Pro Soccer Talk understands Pulisic was back in training on Tuesday after almost four weeks out and is making good progress on his return to full fitness. “Christian Pulisic is likely to remain unavailable with the thigh injury that has kept him out since New Year’s Day,” Chelsea said on their own website.
  13. this summer is the biggest window since Roman bought the club it can make or break us, especially if we do not have CL if they decide that no CL means no big spending then the slide really begins a massive clue will be the afro's contract if we do cave in and renew that fucker then that is a sign of impending doom as no team with top 4 ambitions will roll with a 32/33yo winger who is now back to dogshit for months as a mainstay in the lineup for 2 years
  14. lol, you really want to make a girl sob he is the ONLY giant player I think we can actually get if we miss out on him we are so screwed we simply MUST have CL though odds go down by, hmmmmmmmmm, 25%, 35% if we do not have CL for him especially if Manure does Manure CL, us no CL and you may be right if we do miss out on him it REALLY will be Zaha in I think just hopefully at a decent price (and TBH, I have no issue with buying both, as we will need two wingers, but to do both we absolutely MUST sell Kante in the summer, in fact Zaha or no Zaha, Sancho or no Sancho, we need to see him anyway)
  15. Ivan Rakitić turned down Man U because his Spanish wifey refused to leave Spain now
  16. only late striker they could buy is
  17. lol love multiple sources playing fast and loose with euros v pounds 45m euros + 10m euros in quid is £37.6m + £8.4m
  18. Roman couldn't even make himself manager if he wanted to. He is banned from the UK in terms of coming here and doing ANY work/business. He would have to manage via remote control, lololol make a robot Roman can a robot get a yellow card or tossed outright??? LOLOLOL he needs to sell the team call up Bezos
  19. It is not RB that is the issue it is Werner he is Victimpool and Klopp bound will be SHOCKED if he ends up here it is a pipe dream not quite at Mbappe level, but is on the road
  20. 1 If we miss out on Sancho we are fucked 2 Just to grab 4 positions (and the players linked to us) LB, DMF, Wingers (2 will be needed, unless we suicidally cave into Willian's 20m for 2 years salary demands), and CF (backup/starter and then a cheap 3rd stringer) means around a 400m gross spend 3 add in a truly WC CB, that shoots to £475-500m gross. Obviously some players will and have been sold and that lowers it all dramatically, but unless you are talking about selling Kante (I think it is 100% necessary) we are not going to remotely reach those type of numbers flipped in just one window 4 If we go all in on Chilwell, but do not get him, and then proceed to toss the toys from the pram and do nothing, we are fucked 5 Werner is not coming here, so it is Dembele, or TBD (and all actually doable options, Dembele included, are a massive step down from Werner) 6 Finally as I showed in a long detailed post, buying Oblak (IF he even comes, he has turned us down before) and selling an unsaleable Kepa means that in the absolutely BEST CASE POSSIBLE scenario we will end up spending a QUARTER BILLION QUID for 7 years (2 Kepa, 5 Oblak) combined of just 1st Keeper play (when fees and salaries are added in) That will NEVER happen
