I do not understand what's the plan and strategy in the market and i can't see patterns.

Knowing the argentinians very well, they're our neighbours, i wouldn't say the population is racist, many of them are, like any country. Their football environment is another history. In the case of some of their players, fans and journalists, something happen that is very hard to explain to europeans. Many times they will say or do things that are obvioulsly racist to us, but they apparently are not aware of how serious things are. And is not like if the person is really racist on his/her normal life. For example, when they talk about races and nationalities, they dont see it as a big deal. In general they will insult everybody, from germans to africans. Is not because some specific race.

Chelsea want to sign Gabriel MEC. I swear i dont understand what's going on here. There is a lot of hype about him in his state, but when i watch his videos, i just cant see why. Is not in any way some special prospect in my opinion.

Now he's playing in the profesional with same level he had in the U-20. Also when you compare with other youngster from the last years, he is much better than Vinicius Junior at same age. Its a huge difference. Vinicius would look like Pelé one game, then would be awful for a month. Estevão is much more reliable because he is good every game. His first touch, overall technique are much better too. His level of finiishing is vastly superior even to the current version of Vini Jr. Of course there is some aspect of a player that you can't measure and its a subjective realm. Vinicius Jr has an infinite stamina and you see he's 100% of time trying to cause problems. Rodrygo Goes for example looks indifferent many times. We will see in the future what type of player Estevão is. Its impossible to know now.

Palmeiras is not a traditional formative club. The best players in their history were formed by other clubs. The real interest and investments in the academy is recent, maybe the last 08 years, something like that. This is probably the first generation of good players formed in the club, with Estevao, Endrick and Luiz Guilherme. Is much more reliable when a potential talent is formed by Sao Paulo, Flamengo, Santos, Gremio, Fluminense, Vasco etc, because they had many of them in their academies in the past and have more experience identifying the best prospects.

A player i think we should take a look from Gremio is the LB Pedro Gabriel(17). I believe he will be a great player.

A player i would try to sign is Brahim Diaz.

But the U-17 who is considered the best in Palmeiras Academy is a winger named Estevao Willian, that people call "Messinho." His family asked the media to not call him that way for obvious reasons. He is 15yo too. Plays in the U-17. Is really good.

I think sometimes he sounds arrogant trying to compensate his insecurity. He probably could do a good job on an environment where he feels that people likes him. Players know what the perception of fans about them. The negativity towards him in general is always present. If i was his coach i would never put him down. I would convince him that he can bulldoze anyone.

Its probably true because Espn Brazil is very reliable and the journalist is friend of Neymar senior, and Messi said in the end of last transfer window that Bartomeu was not doing enough to sign Neymar.
