Seriously can't believe what I have read here today. Absolutely pathetic. Here is a 22 year old kid who is the joint 2nd top scorer in PL. In and among some of the best strikers in the world in auba and kun. And "he is not good enough". Pathetic fan base. Absolutely pathetic. Only good thing, you can cry, crib and moan as much as you like, not going to make a Rat's fucking ass of a difference. Tammy is and will be our main striker for now and the coming future.

Why should I give vids? I am not the one making exaggerated and OTT comments. He had a poor game, but no doubt a lot of strikers have them. Saying that he is "not good enough" has got to be the stupidest thing I have heard, given how many goals he has scored. Also, just because he has height advantage does not mean all of his headers should be counted as free. Out of the top of my head I remember 3 of his headers in the 2nd half. The just one, the cross was behind him, he had to come back, could not generate enougb power. The 2nd one, low and ahead of the goal, got ahead of the defender but could not guide the ball on the angle. The 3rd one similar too. Just because he is tall and lanky, does not mean, does not mean he is of the crouch mode. We have already seen how good he is with his feet. If not please refer to his goal and assist against Watford on Saturday. True. Tammy cost us. Conceding 4 goals did not, alonso did not, to a certain extent kepa and azpi did not, but Tammy and his "free headers" did. God!!!! And even if he actually had costed us today, he shown to be "good enough" on various other occasions and put in various other performances to nullify it. He is 22, it's was always going to be a learning curve. But to say that a player who has scored 9 goals in 11 PL games is "not good enough" is just ridiculous.

Tammy was poor but pulisic gets accolades for today? What am I missing. A couple of times we were in great positions in and around the box, and he made the wrong choice. Literally non existent for the last 20 mins. Where our main source of attack was Reece with his crosses in the box. I like puli and he has a world class potential. But are we using different sticks to measure players?

And this is based on what exactly? Him being the PL top scorer? Or one average showing in CL. Want to look at the club legend DD's performance against Barca in 08/09 semis and how many clear cut chances he missed. What Tammy "missed" today were 50-50 Chances. He was a nuisance to the ajax CBs who by the way both were red carded.

Only difference is mine was not a knee jerk to us losing/drawing. I have no probkem ripping into players and managers, but it's the timing which makes the whole difference. Support the team atleast when the game is still live. Have the basic decency of supporting. Once it's done, give whatever assessments you want. Even if we had won 5-4, I would still be livid with a lot of players. You cant concede 4 and be happy. But atleast give the same players their 90 minutes of allotted time to prove themselves or right their wrongs.

I have disliked a few Chelsea players like cesc (due to the history), Luiz cause I never rated him. But honestly he is the first one that I hate. Wait scratch that, loathe. Fucking hell. Werner and chillwell would be great. If willian extends, I would say no on Sancho. Would rather continue the development of Cho and pulisic.

If willian leaves, then yes, we need a replacement. But in my assumption, willian will get an extension making the whole point moot. Azpi is a multiple pl winner, El winner etc etc. Even if his attacking leaves things to be desired, he is a brilliant right back and player to have. It's not a crazy idea, just a redundant one. Because simply put, CMs are the one position we don't need reinforcements. Just because someone is 6foot 5 does not mean we should buy and play. And over whom? Kante? Jorginho? Mount? It's not going to happen and I can bet that we are not buying a CM this window or next sunmer unless we have a departure of one of Kante, jorginho, kova. Gilmour and Gallagher can be included in the squad next year in place of Barkley. But in no way would they be the reason of how we perform. I am here talking about the core of Tammy, mount, Reece, Andreas, Cho, tomori. Who have shown they belong at this level. They will improve which will help us improve. And that's the main point. I think the main difference is that for me there are only 2 compulsory buys - LB, 2nd ST. I would keep the starting 11 the same as it is now. For me, it's about improving the quality in depth. Whereas you want a CM, St, cb, am , fb (rb and lb). Which is 6 players and 1/4th of the whole squad. I don't feel our squad is anywhere near as bad.

So we don't have experienced pros? Jorginho, kovacic, Kante, willian, azpi, kepa, Emerson, Rudi, zouma. If those teams were never just kids, even ours is not. Infact our first team would have atleast 6 players above 24/25 (willian, Kante, jorginho, azpi, rudi, Emerson, kepa). Stop making comparison with arsenal because our youth are way more talented than them. We have the perfect mixture of youth and experienced players. Tell me the names of arsenal youth and what they had won when they were introduced into the first team. Also most of our youth have seasons of loan experience under their belts and they have proved themselves in various stages of football. Our problem with set pieces has nothing to do with height. It's more a system issue which lamps seems to have addressed. Now we are a mixture of zonal and man marking rather than just zonal. The point is not to buy for the sake of it. Buys which would stop the coming of youth players. For eg players like Barkley and Pedro, who are senior pros but have no use to the squad. A LB, a 2nd ST like Werner while giving youth like puli, Cho, Reece, tomori, Tammy, mount time to improve will be more than enough.

I don't think anyone is/should be above rotation. But who has been our best winger so far? Cho has had a couple of good games, followed by 2 so-sos. Pulisic started averagely was dropped and now has been brilliant. Willian has been our best winger. My only issue is the way people talk about our own player. The way Frank wants us to play, a physical DM/CM becomes irrelevant. Rlc has been unlucky, but does not mean he will be so again. And even if RLC is not an option, we have Gallagher coming through. Zouma has been brilliant for us this season. He started the season poorly but has had an exponential improvement. If we are going to build a squad on meritocracy, the first one would be to continue with ones who are performing well. And zouma IS performing well. We have azpi and Reece as rbs, why would we want another? Arsenal's youngsters were not multiple youth title winning players. Youth players like CHO, Reece are amazing players, while mount, RLC, gallagher, gilmour, are really talented ones. For every le arsr, you have a class of 92 and barca's unbelievable team. With the talent at our disposal and the fact that these players are showing that they belong here, they deserve every opportunity.
