We can question the tactics all we want, but there was no excuse for the shit performance we saw on Saturday. I don't care who was out there or what formation we were playing. That was fuckin' embarrassing.

I don't think I've ever gone into a game thinking we had virtually no shot at winning. I guess that'll just make the celebrations at the end all the more joyful!

The only reason we can't say definitively that Torres is back to his old form is because he's not scoring, and the reason he's not scoring is because he's not getting service. He's doing everything else splendidly. Buy a winger, slot Mata behind #9 and watch the goals come.

That's a bit harsh. He's waiting to see if his starting lineup can give us a 2-0 lead before making changes. Frankly, I wish he would've done that in a few earlier games.

Content. We were a flawed team and have just begun a revolution into the future of Chelsea FC. We are about where I expected us to be. Our games against the top teams have been both good (City and Tottenham) and bad (Arsenal and United). We have unfortunately played a few bad games and dropped points to the likes of QPR and Wigan which is what you can't do if you want to win the Premier League. I'm excited to see who we look to buy in January. A few more pieces, a little more time, and we'll see a more consistent team emerge.

Fantastic performance today in a pinch. I'd be fine with AVB giving him a more serious look.

I doubt this will every be allowed to happen in England until we're another generation past the Hillsborough disaster. I also question if it really would increase revenue significantly. As we all know, money is what makes the world go round. And if this idea is such a slam dunk money-maker, the rich and powerful owners of Premier League clubs would be fighting harder to get it implemented.

If anyone doesn't believe that winning the Champions league requires a bit a luck, then just look at this scenario which COULD happen! Maybe, just maybe we've suffered enough CL heartbreak and the gods will smile down upon us with a draw like this.

You only need to beat the teams you face, we don't have to beat every team in Europe. If we get a favorable draw, we might only have to beat 1 great team like Barca or Madrid. And that can be done! They are not unbeatable in one game. Anything can happen in one game. Look how close we were in 2009 over 2 legs.
