I've said it before, Frank's simply not suited to the double pivot. Not his fault. I don't support the double pivot but if we continue with that formation, other players will need to be used.

And to think he's just a rookie in midfield. He's only been playing in that role for a year. So there's definitely much more to come. I agree with the guy that said he holds on the ball too long at times. He can be frustrating when he does that. Needs to improve on that and his end product and his movement in build-up play. I just hope he doesn't join Utd. He wouldn't even have to move to join us .

There was light contact. He realised he'd lose the ball so he decided to just make the most out of it and go down. His goal was superb but I wish he wouldn't hold on the ball as much as he did. Took the speed out of our attacks on multiple occasions. But he's looking good, just needs to take his chances more. There's still a hesitance to shoot and over-think things.

Crazy stats. And his performance was indeed fantastic. I've said it before, simply a wonderful player. With proper guidance he can become immense. The club has already spoiled us but if Chelsea were to get him, this would be the best football summer ever for me.

Good performance though the tempo wasn't nearly as high as I thought it would be. Good in the air, excellent distribution. Held on to the ball well, Newcastle players couldn't overpower him. Great block at the end as well. He also went on a nice rush in the second half, looked to play a good through ball to Torres but it was sadly intercepted just before it reached Fernando. He does keep frustrating me when he just strolls back when the opposition is coming at us quickly though. He needs to move his ass. And i'd still like to see more aggressiveness from him.
