My thinking exactly, a goalkeeper who wouldn't mind sitting on the bench earning 20-30k a week to see his career out. Him or even Sorensen, who I believe is on a freebie (I might be wrong), or Shay Given we could get for cheaper.

Not playing any of the supposed 'top 4' after March, could well give us a good finish to the season.

I generally look towards Christmas and the end of the season. We tend to always have Fulham and Christmas and Man Utd, Everton and Newcastle towards the end, if this comes up again, I wont be surprised! Also look out for when we have WBA away

Should be a good signing, but at the same time, risk losing KDB for good. I would prefer to pay perhaps £3m-£5m more for him and have both at the club next season.

I'm going and staying, but we anticipated this and booked train tickets for the Saturday, and staying two nights until the Monday. Just means we can hit the bank holiday night on the beers! On the topic of this whole losing tomorrow night, I think I speak for a fair few when I say I never want Chelsea to lose, I can't believe some people on here are saying that. These players are getting paid fortunes to play football. I'd happily play two games in 48 hours for 10k.

Having looked at the 'new' white shirt, I can see there's a little difference between the two pictures. The gap between the badge and the 'aquafresh' strip is different. See the pictures on page 119, then the one on 120. (Sorry can't upload the pictures myself)

They are saying it will start from 2015, so it will be the odd years, 2015, 2017, 2019 and so on. That way it wouldn't clash with the World Cups and Euro Championships. It's a good idea. I just can't see it happening though.

Got the 1960 No 8 shirt myself, I wear it more than the current blue shirt! I will be getting that Original Adidas one before I go to Southampton away too, good choices!

We need to go back to an all yellow away kit in my opinion. But ideally they need to stop changing all three kits seasonally.

I've been fortunate enough to get some tickets for this and I was wondering weather anyone on here can give me some advice of where to park for the game? Outside Birmingham or near Villa Park?

Venturing away from this slightly. I've just returned from a week in Antayla (Turkey) and whilst I was out there, I was pleasently surprised to find out that the UEFA Euro 2012 Women's Under 19's Championship was being held near by, with all of the 8 nations staying at the same hotel as me. England, Sweden, Spain, Serbia, Turkey, Portugal, Romania and Denmark are currently taking part. Entry to the games are free of charge and a free shuttle service from my hotel was on offer. I went along to see England v Sweden, with Chelsea's own Lara Fay captaining England, unfortunatley the lost 1-0, with the only goal coming from the penalty spot, but it was nice surprise to see an international tournament. Before the kick off, they kicked a dozen or so balls into the crowd and I managed to catch one. They are a replica of the 'Tango' used in the men's Euro's but the black is pink and has the tournament logo on, it's a nice little momento! I will be keeping an eye on the games!

I never really use to bother with sunglasses, but because I have to wear glasses at work now, due to working at a computer all day, I have got use to wearing glasses.
