Could be nothing more than a twitter rumor but I think it's worth discussing: Although White City makes sense location-wise I doubt the club would really want to invest in long term ground share. On the other hand there's the example of Allianz Arena.

I know the Malaria excuses have gotten old but you also have to consider his age and the luck he's had. He has hit the post numerous times and I'm sure his confidence has reached unprecedented lows. He's our most overplayed player along with A.Cole, Mikel and Louda and it's evident that age is an important factor as Mikel was affected by it last. Can't argue opinions but from what I remember he was our best player by a landmile in September. His scoring stats might not prove that but he was doing everything, from creating chances out of nothing to converting them.

To his defense all the players that have recently left the star-graveyard that R.Madrid has turned into were very successful at their next club. Van der Vaart looked equally finished and rumors about his attitude were increasing yet now some claim that he was PL's best transfer. Robben, Sneijder, v.Nistelrooy, Samuel or even our very own Makelele followed similar paths. That said, I wouldn't want us to pay even 10m for the Kaka I saw playing at South Africa.

So basically all the Ancelotti critics on here want him to stay in the name of stability or cost-cutting. He could do worse.

Delighted for the 3 points, although it didn't sound like the display we needed. Can't say I'm happy about the subs either, hope it was nothing more than time wasting.

To be fair few could predict such a catastrophic run. Even with our limited squad it took some horrible man-management and underpefrorming from our players to get where we are. Our squad was small enough with the U21s, without them we were bound to get into trouble sooner rather than later.To get out of this mess we'll have to take full advantage of the coming transfer window (= no Ben Haim, Sidwell, Benayoun et al), tweak our tactics to suit our available personnel (e.g. never play Anelka as a central striker, put Kalou back on the bench), and start rotating our overplayed players (Malouda, Mikel, Drogba). From where I'm standing I don't trust our football board enough to do the first one and after the Marseille game I've lost faith in Ancelotti's willingness to completely change things around.

Under normal circumstances I'd be the first one to say it BS but after all the boy has been through at this club and the rather "mysterious" cause that ruled him out of our last two games I'm genuinely concerned.
