No real need for a crystal ball Same as you know that with Matic behind him he could have been much more effective. Even though they never played together. Anyway, I never wrote that our team back in 2012 was built around him, so I've no idea what's with you and my original post, a post mostly intended to wish him good luck.

Actually this is the time where we should wrap up 1 or 2 signings of at least 4 needed. And i don't mean players for the loan army, players for the first XI. If before the euro we've signed no one this could be a very long summer. But not Manolas, we should be nowhere near him. or Lukaku.

Apparently we own the trademark "Chels-k-i" as well Wtf?
-
I don't know. I sincerely doubt Conte said to the board: "Sign me "Mammana" and do it immediately!" "Mamma mia!" Can we just think about the first team? And then maybe the loan army?
-
Yes, I can't wait for him to join, so he can start meowing desperately like a she-cat in the midst of love season for Bayern or such to come get him. If Diego leaves for him I'll be absolutely furious. Why would anyone want him for 65m? This is quickly turning into comedy.

I reckon it's going to be another 3 years+ before we win another title. Maybe we can grab a League cup or FA cup in the meanwhile. If this period is not handled well and we're going to keep recruiting average players and change managers as if they were a pair of underwear, it's probably going to get really ugly. I'll be honest and say I don't have too much faith in the future right now.

I still remember how cute he was trying to run with the ball to his feet and then falling out of nowhere. Must've been the emotion of running free, untamed on a football pitch.

I can't seem to find the sentence in which I wrote, nor implied "Our team back in 2012 was built around him." I just can't. Anyway, Mata, to be effective to his fullest, is a player that needs a team built around him, again, at his fullest.

I'm sure we will find a way for this to not be true This is Chelsea after all, something outrageous must happen!
-
To be fair to him, some women can be stressing beyond every boundary known to man
-
I always thought he slows the game down too much, and needs the whole team to be built around him. I wouldn't take him back, we need something different. Having said that, he's still a top footballer and on top of that, he seems like genuine good person, smart and well mannered, which is always nice to see, there should be more like him. Hope wherever he goes he can find success.

Every case is different, there are so many factors to take into consideration, facts of which we don't know the details. One things is being disappointed, another completely different thing is not understanding that he can do what he wants and disrespect him for doing exactly that. There is a fine difference.

Exactly my reasoning, the guy has been sacked twice from the club, for me he has earned the right to manage whichever club he wants, even Arsenal or Spurs. He has to work, he likes to manage in england, and there is not many places where he could go, paycheck-wise. Personally i'm waiting to read things such as "why did we sack him?" that's gonna be hilarious.

Things are going to heat up pretty quickly in here! Well said though!
-
This is true though where are all the people moaning everytime he scored the past season?
-
Poor Mata though Wonder where he'll go next.
-
A front duo of Costa and Lukaku could be very comical though, even more so if in bad shape. At least Costa, even with all his limitations technique-wise, wants to win at all costs and on his day he is nearly unplayable, he could easily produce 30-35 goal per season if fit throughout and consistently supplied with chances, one of the few players in this team that has truly won me over.

Nothing for 70 minutes and now this
-
You mean Lord Mikel getting inside Robben's head
-
3 Europeans cups in 3 years is impressive though! Thank fuck for that, at least no Liverpool in CL, less chance for Klopp to sign who he wants. Although, this Spanish supremacy is annoying it's now 3 years a spanish team wins both EL and CL. Also, that first half performance from the referee was nothing short of embarassing.
-
Wonder where all this money goes though
-
Yes, I meant that might be why he wasn't selected.
-
The ones in the first post of this page, regarding Oscar, Chalobah and Nainggolan not wanting to move
-
Isn't he injured or something? Didn't play for us as well.
