Agree. Tho I would dearly love to see the kid come good for us. What we need is to be upgrading our starters to use current ones for depth. Not use young lads 'with potential' But I'm not sure he would accept the loan seeing as hes not signed his extension yet. Hes been with us since he was 6 and suppose he has always dreamed about being in Hazards shoes but I think all the hype we pour on our younguns gets into their heads and they begin to believe they are already at that level. I am all for giving the guy the backup and freedom to build the team. What we really must remember is Pep/Klopp have both been in for 2/3 years and have had 5 & 7 transfer windows to set up what they have now. They didn't do it overnight. OK I question some team selections but thats why I'm not a manager. We have shown at time we can and have beaten them both which I doubt many here would have thunk the end of last season. I do question our players personalities. They seem to find it hard to get into a higher gear when needed. They lose concentration pretty easy. Theres no intensity. Whether thats because of the training practices and having too much fun and not being serious enough. I dunno. But they do seem to lack that motivation of sorts. All Sarri can do is select the best team HE THINKS will do the job. Nobody could say he wouldn't do that. So once on the pitch its up to the lads to do their jobs.; I just hope our board buy into what we have started and buys us some GOOD starters to upgrade a few that needs doing. And not a pile of driftwood to stick on top of the deadwood we already have.

We have shown that WE CAN play some amazing football under Sarri. The whole problem is that we dont keep our fuckin form. And that goes for every player like it or not. Theres something wrong with our character and personality. They need to be able to find a 2nd gear. Some intensity. Directness. We need players that offer us different options instead of a like for like substitution. We need a soddin DOF and a board who know what they are doing, with a passion for Chelsea or who just want us to be at our best and will back a manager to let him do the job he is hired to do. Until that happens no matter what manager we have it will be the same old song.
