Riding 2 wheels isn't just about transport tho is it? Theres the feelings and emotions etc that go with it. Now if I want to get from A to B fast then I'd go by bike. And it gives me that rush to go crazy fast. But riding a Lambretta (yeah OK OxfordBlues and Vespa ) is about style. Its great just scooting about round town on yer own jist taking the day in or going on a run amongst a big group of mates lates at night. But must admit to having some insane times too. Wrote one off riding down the beach in Skeggy and thought it be a good idea to drive into the sea. Definitly under the wrong mood enhancers that night!

Where I do agree with what you're saying I do think we just MIGHT have a prob with K2. I love that the guys just a rock hard man mountain and I dont see alot getting by the lad BUT thats exactly how I see Happy. IS K2 going to be a bigger version of Happy? Happy is great at winning balls and making short passes to get out of trouble. What he/WE need is a partner for him to get the ball to to create iffensive passes and take the ball up with him. I made this comment earlier in the thread and was reliably told by someone who watches K2 that I needn't worry as he was very good at mid to long range passes tho he didn't mention running with the ball.

Wha IMHO What Willian is is our most consistent player. When we 1st got Willian I thought he was just a mirror image of getting Oscar the year before and couldn't see the point getting him. Tho some people forget Oscar has had MOMENTS of pure genius I would pick him over Oscar in a heartbeat. He does need to get more attack minded and start assisting and scoring more but I like the lad. He plays at a average to high average level in the most of his games. But gotta say I would play Square over him right now. That time in Italy has made him into a new player. Hes full of confidence after being amongst players/fans/manager tat love him. Watch him, he loves running at defenders making them unbalanced and get around them. Hes more attack minded than anyone on the RW and balances out Eden just right. But will Conte pick him over last years POTY? hmmm I think very similarly about Moses. He will offer us a great alternative to Eden. We have a good set of AMs. We just need them to start taking more shots on goal and shake off a bit of what Mou drilled into our offence which was defend 1st at all costs. What I'm thinking bud is Conte is trying to make plans for us NOT managing to get a CB. He seems to build his teams and formations to keep the ball away from our weknesses. So IF thats right and that hes trying to sell Cescy and looking at othe CDMs then it makes sense. He will stick a 4-3-3 with a Matic-N'Golo-Chalobah/A.N.Other and just try to stop the ball getting near our defence. Either that or play with a back 5 and let N'Golo guard the CBs I like Kenedy alot and have aot of faith in him having a career in the top layer of our sport. Its a sod that hes going but just like Traore it really might be the best for him and us right now. But its important that its drilled into his head hes an important player in our future and same with all these great young player like him. If he comes back like Moses and Square it will be perfect. Wasn't Conte tho that put him in LB was it. But he seemed to take to being a wing back. He did seem to have some goiod defensive skills so just MAYBE he would work out as a CDM But in GEERAL Im not a lover of utility players. These lads NORMALLY play in one position from school and trains for that place. But sometimes a players style/build/mind changes and he becomes more suited for a diff position. Which is different to using someone as a human Swiss army knife.

I like Conte alot. He seems to have all the passion,fire,temperment as Mou but with a likeable character. I cant see vinegar tits invading his box to give him a love tap. But I can see him shredding one of our lads a new one when hes coming off from being sub'd! If we get the few transfers we need then I'm off to the bookies to have a few more quid on us. I'm still excited until I see different.

I know its a bitch and it winds the fuck up out of us but you cant really blame them to drag their heels waiting for replacement or for K2 to change his mind and want to stay. But lets hope that he really does want the move cause I'd much rather have lads that WANT to come play for us than mope round the pitch with their chin rubbing the floor and hands on their hips killing time. I looked at ours over the past 3 years and saw that we harly spent owt but now seeing it compared to our main opponents well I'm a bit shocked actually at just how big a difference there is, Nice job man. I'm sure that the board must go into these things only in much more depth.
