Luiz had missed 25 games this season thru being unfit to play. what ith his dodgy knee and his latest moleolar fracture. But they require a cast to imobilize the ankle and Ive not seen 1 picture of him on crutches or in a cast. So hes having a hard job getting fit again. I read that Emenalo is after him but what use will he be to them and ho much can e expect to get gor a injury prone 31 year old? But as Conte is normally one for playing safe I cant see him even putting Barkley on the bench if he didn't think he was up for it. I dud say its not the best time to experiment I'm just thinking of ideas what we could do to have some sort of creativity and getting the ball to our top 3.

I reckon its a foregone conclusion mate. 3 man CM same as Saints. Its late in the season to experiment but I'd still put Luiz or Barkley in even for some creativity. Even Pedro would give us a change.

I hear what youre saying and I know our love hor hyping the academy lads but I just dont get why the teams win everything all the time yet individually they dont get on. Even if they goto a smaller club where you would expect them to shine. It just baffles me. I know it might sound daft and peeps might say Us is bonkers but I would put the whole team in just once as an experiment and see if its the team dynamics that are winning games. Whats your guys opinions as to wgy our academy lads dint carry on and make the grade with other clubs when they leane? Ive mentioned before that our young teams all do amazing stuff. They win leagues,cups etc every season. Yer it seems no matter where they go - MOSTLY they fail to make any type of impression no matter what team,league,country they goto. I was windering if ir was because of the training? They cincentrate on working as a team unit and not on the individual skills. So they get to know how/where each other moves etc. Then they lose that sense of being once they step out of their comfort zone. Just a thought.

Agree about the No 10 but I keep remembering how good Lamps was and how we have missed that type of a player.

Hes only scored 6 this season. I loved the guy but we dont know what went on behind closed doors. Hes obviously a headstrong,diva like,strange character. And he didn't just have 1 meltdown did he. And he wasn't a goal machine. He went many weeks between goals without counting the injury. Have to remember how some here were moaning about him. I'd have kicked his arse too if I was Conte.

But really got to get it into his head his futures Blue so he doesn't start thinking hes unwanted. You're right about needing to bulk up. Eden did last pre season and came back yp for it. Hes lost some weight by the look of him and hes started to get pushed around again. Thats how I see it anyway.

I think we need to partner him with someonne that can score goals too.

The amount of times his passes went wide or to the opposition was bad. And he continually just passes sideways. Probably because he realizes hes a bad passer.
