We have got this whole transfer business a bit higgledy piggledy. We by old,knackered,injured, players with low coinfidence for far too much money then we add them to the rest of the collection in some broom cupbord instead of selling them And we get rid of our good players far too soon for hardly any money. While at the same time we dont sell players that openly dont want to be here that we could sell for loadsamoney to strengthen the team. And our board is full of business people!

I's prefer Icardi but wouldn't mind Martial at all Can you sort it? We aren't the club that attracts household name players and never really was. We get some good ones ranging between £30 and £50 ish Mill but will very rarely go over that and when we have done (specially strikers) it bites our arses! I would sell and replace our top line but I'm not sure if our boards sharp enough to replace them in the time we have. But my optimistic heart still beats Blue.

I'm sure every single one of us are totally pissed off at our board for various reasons and I would be happy if we could just transfer them. But sadly I cant see it changing while Roman owns us. It LOOKS like hes having a slight attitude adjustment as far as playing style goes but same old same old dragging of feet and squeezing every ruble possible in every deal we male while the deals we need are snapped up or time runs out. I'm happu with your transfers but with our 1 out 1 in policy it fucks us up. Its our board,transfer system,scouting and DOF that should be high on the 'Things to do' list.

I hear exactly what you say and I agree. But it's that age old conundrum. To use the promising untested youth full of potential OR buy in a top of his job,complete player that is more likely to do the job I'd do both. The problem we have had is the other youth players we have brought through have not been given enough time to become better, gel with the team etc. And theres times when they have been given chances they failed to take them Maybe Sarri can get that balance right.

I dont see it myself/ I think Fekir is a AMC but he can play anywhere up front. Id love to see him here whatever I know what you mean but I was doing a post chat with someone here the other day about I like us going more for players that have been trained and played in one position more than a player that is used like a Swiss Army knife if you get me, A tool that can do many jobs but not one that is specialized to do one job. Ive been thinking since that chat and I realized I may have been too strong in my opinion. Theres many of the very good younger players that can play and adapt to different positions. OK they may be better in one but thats because they play that one the most. Ive been thinking about our top 3 positions and personally I think it would be of our benefit if we had a change now while we are in this state of transition. Would be like putting together a strong young technical team that can only get better, gel together and play together for quite awhile. OK it s always hard losing a top player but we always recover Theres several shit got lads out there and we dont know whats possible until we try to buy them Perisic, Mane, Martial, Bailey, Asensio, Isco, Dembele, Fekier, Higuain, Icardi, Dybala These are all players either play in one position or excellent in a few. Tell me any 3 of those wouldn't FTW up with us.
