I guess I was under the impression that Jorginho was going to be a more surgical passer than he is. When the critical pass is needed he's not exactly Cesc 2.0 by any stretch. And Barkley's ideas are too slow for this team. At £15M or whatever he cost that's an instabuy anymore and I get it. But he should be more of a squad player than he is. Slows everything down. I mean I really hate to pile on here but I can’t believe how inept this player looks. Some of his crosses are absolutely WTF moments. He brings so little anymore it’s as if we’re playing with one less man on the pitch. Shocking how far he’s fallen since the title winning campaign under Conte.

In spite of what should’ve been a penalty thought AC had a strong game. He’s only a year removed from being a nailed on started for us. Nice to see him back on the pitch

We need to find somebody to play in the middle (don't care if it's Higuain on loan at this point). Eden, our prized possession, made it clear he doesn't like playing in that role. And taking it a step further it really limits his impact on the game. Every time we had a decent ball hit wide and a cross was on it was laughable as we have nobody taller than 5' 9" to hit into. None of which who are known for their prowess heading a football. Happy with the 3pts and going six clear of Arsenal but this fourth spot is likely gonna go to wire. We need Champions League football next year.
