Nice to see Willian on the scoresheet. Hopefully that'll shut the haters up for a few games. Guy is frequently the hardest working player on the pitch. Does a lot of the dirty work that doesn't necessarily show up on a stat sheet.

Not sure why our players look so gun shy to take a shot at times. We can string together a pile of intricate passes with the best of them. But the amount of times we walk away from several beautiful passes without taking a shot on goal is way too high. Challenge the keeper, catch a deflection, something, anything. Please. Schürrle was useless today and wasn't the least bit surprised to see him taken off at the half. And give me Dave over Filipe Luis any day of the week.

Can we just play this match already?? Hate waiting around until Monday.

Rough game for Cahill. Sounds like I'm in minority here but thought Mikel did a solid job playing for Matic today. Never thought there was a chance to run the table without a loss. So got that out of the way and now we keep marching forward. Oh...and still top of the league.

I concur on this. Went to my first game a few weeks back and stopped here for a few beverages.

A six point cushion is hardly running away with the league at this stage. Momentum has been in our favor this year, we need to take max points from Spurs on Wednesday to keep it rolling. Arguably biggest game of the year to this point.

Always love when JT gets on the scoresheet. Second goal was brilliant play by us...no doubt about it. Third goal was a great individual effort by Schalke defender. Gotta just tip your cap to a quality header like that.

Fantastic win boys!! Can't freaking stand Loserpool...so great start to the day here in the US. Matic was terrific again but went with Dave for MOTM. Very solid in his return. Was Cesc even on the pitch today? Quiet day from him.

Had to vote Oscar for MOTM after that slick finish in first half. Put in a solid game beyond that, but wow what a strike. Little surprised to see a few voting for Cesc today. Of course he had some great balls like he always does, but thought he had more errant passes and lost possession today than in every previous game combined. Kept thinking he needs his old boots back. Either way...3 points is 3 points.

Salah's pace is always exciting to watch. His finishing skills largely are not.

Some of you need to get a grip. Disappointing to drop points at that stage of the game, but United isn't nearly as bad as some of you are making them out to be. Ticky tack foul at the end and not worthy of a yellow. But six points clear of City isn't the worst position to be in. Lol @ those of you asking if bringing Jose back was right move.
