This is the line-up EDIT: I did not see the line up posted above.

It's crazy to see that after three years, there's hardly been any progress. Our board have been awful in the past couple transfer windows. To think that after all these we almost have the same starting line-up of players that finished 5th in the Premier League! We have the same deadwood players that have been underperforming for so many years, and we have not done enough to change our stature as a football club. It is apparent that there is some sort of player power at this football club. I hope that things will finally change in the summer, and that we can get rid of these viruses from our club.

Fair enough on Mane and Salah, but he got sent off in that game...which says a lot lol. He did not face Kane if I remember correctly, and Son without Kane is basically useless. If you add everything together, then you basically can conclude that we need a miracle tomorrow.
-
His pass in the first leg against Barca is what to their goal at Stamford Bridge. His displays in 2020 was awful as well, an example would be the game against Sheffield. He has a whole list of bad performances last year, however on his day he can be very good. I just hope he turns up, because we need every single player to be at 100%.
-
I hope you're right bro, Suarez and Felix are levels above anything Christensen has faced this season.
-
With Silva being out, all we can do is pray and hope we get a result. The thought of Christensen and Rudiger going up against Suarez and Felix is scary to say the least.
-
The disrespect for him is unreal, because fans always talk about Pep/Klopp/Mourinho even though Carlo is better than all of them.
-
Greater than Mourinho, Klopp and Pep. Give him the money and backing Pep get's and he'll do even better and actually win CL's without needing Messi lol.
-
If we're sticking with 3at the back then why not try CHO at LWB and James at RWB? Tuchel will never go for it but it's more dynamic ib my eyes
-
CHO RWB, Giroud-Werner and Mount as forwards and Thiago to come back. That's all I ask for.
-
Good start😂

I agree with almost everything you said except for the Hazard part. Feeling that he could've done better in the bigger games in his first season, is expecting more from him due to the standards we expected of him. Werner and the rest are not performing at the same level Hazard performed at, and are not showing me anything to be excited about. Personally, I knew after the first season that Hazard was going to be a superstar. Same with KDB for City, and Salah for Liverpool. All these players you mentioned can't be compared with Timo, because they performed better in their first season. Also he is a forward, and we expect him to finish his chances at the end of the day, which is the main thing.
-
Don Carlo we need you!!!
-
Gimenez is injured and got subbed off. He might miss the match against us👀 Atletico are still down 1-0 at home against an average Levante side. We might have a lifeline on Tuesday.

My statement has to do with players showing a lack of fundamental footballing skills. The stuff I'm seeing from Werner is not good enough at all. Not only is he not able to finish clear 1 on 1 chances, but his ball control and movement on the ball is incredibly awful. Him not being in form is an excuse, because even if players are out of form they should still have some fundamental footballing skills. If this is Werner out of form, then does this mean we will see more of this in the future when he becomes out of form again? It's not good enough in my opinion. Chilwell since November, when he faced teams with a pulse, has been horrible. His movement for a fullback at the highest level has not been good enough as well, he is not able to beat a man 1 on 1, and all he seems to do is spam crosses. His defending is something else that has been suspect, and there is no excuse for him, because he played in the Premier League for years. There is a reason why Leicester fans were happy when he left. I concede that this transfer window is not the worst ever, it's up there though with the amount of money we've spent on possible flops. Hazard not having a first good season is the biggest myth I've ever heard. The guy scored 13 goals and had 24 assists! Furthermore, it wasn't like he was scoring tap ins, he was scoring some quality screamers. Those numbers are ridiculous for a winger that has just come to the Premier League. Where did the assumption that he didn't perform come from?
-
Very true, and the squad does look out of depth in terms of players that play in very different systems are put together in the same team.
-
It's such a shame, out of all those transfer I only doubted the Chilwell one. I never thought Timo would be this bad, Ziyech as well.
-
I'm watching Atletico right now and they actually look worse than us. That's the only good news we have today 😂
-
We have such an overrated squad of players it's a joke. We don't have a worldclass player in our attack. Look at the top four teams like City, Liverpool, United and Leicester. They all have a serious world class players in attack, whilst we have none. Our board did a terrible job lately, I genuinely feel like Werner,Pulisic and Ziyech are all flops. I might be wrong and things can change in the future, however it's looking very bad right now.
-
Does anyone agree that we may have had the worst transfer window in our history? Questions have to be asked of our scouts and board to be honest. Time will tell though.
-
100%, not only that but subbing CHO off instead of James didn't make any sense. Starting Tammy was possibly the worst decision of them all.
-
The subs were wrong, but we struggled playing out from the back. That is our biggest problem at the moment, including our final third play.
-
If you look at my posts before the game then you'll see that I predicted that we'll struggle this game. Why? Because we kept on struggling against Barnsley, Newcastle's and Sheffield's press. Imagine when we face better teams that have a better pressing system? Well we got our answer today.
-
My brain hurts, there are literally no arguments to back up your beliefs. Zero facts as well, and the stuff you ask for like "Back to back league titles and CL" is something you never asked of Lampard before he lost the dressing room. Keep the same energy bro, give someone that just came to the club time. Instead of slating him for no reason. You're a consumer, and not a fan right now. It's like you want to see Tuchel fail even though he has been successful so far.
-
This game was so predictable, it was clear and obvious that we can't handle a pressing team. We need to switch systems, and try something else, because we will struggle with the three at the back system against Atletico, Liverpool and Manchester United.
