  1. I'm not talking about the first 4 seasons by the way, I'm talking about our one and a half year under Lampard. Second of all, bringing rivals into it is irrelevant because as a club we should focus on our own performances. You said that us losing points against out of form teams is a myth, as soon as I challenged that you start bringing rivals up and comparisons within the last year four years etc. Just admit you were being edgy, and didn't have a clue what you were talking about. Let me start bringing up some facts. Us losing points against teams that are incredibly out of form started early last season. On Nov 30 2019, we lost 0-1 at home against a West Ham team that lost 6 out of their 8 matches and won none. Imagine facing a team that didn't win in their last 8 games and gifting them 3 points at the bridge, incredible. On Dec 7 2019, we faced Everton and lost 3-1 to them even though they lost three matches in a row. On Dec 14 2019, we faced Bournemouth at home that lost 5 matches in a row and guess what? They won 0-1 at the Bridge when teams like Wolves, Newcastle etc were destroying them in that 5 games losing streak that Bournemouth had. On Dec 26 2019, we faced a Southampton team that only won 1 of their 3 games and we lost 0-2 to them at home. After these fixtures we had in November/December we went 4 games unbeaten faced Newcastle on Jan 18 2020, they only won 1 game out of their last 6 and guessed what happened? Ofcourse we lost to them 1-0. After this game we went on another crazy run, until Jul 1 2020. This one is shocking because we faced a West Ham team that only won 1/drew 2/lost 9 in their last 12 games!! The match they had before facing us was a loss by the way, so we made them kickstart their relegation survival form. They beat us 3-2 and had a good form afterwards which meant that they didn't relegate. Now you see why people talk about us gifting points against teams that are out of form. The same pattern is occurring this season, we lost against Wolves and Everton that were out of form. And when did that exactly happen? In December...... some things just never change under Frank. P.S. All of the teams I mentioned lost before facing us so it's not like they won a game and continued that when they faced us. We made them start their good form which is worrying considering we want to be where Liverpool is in the near future. There is clearly something wrong with the mentality of the players and the coach.
  2. Should I provide proof that what you're talking about is absolute nonsense, and that we infact do lose a lot of points against teams that are out of form?
  3. I'm not worried about Havertz, he's a young kid that just came to the league from Germany. So it's only normal that he needs time to adjust. He also had heavy covid symptoms which might be a reason for his poor performances of late. He'll be very good for us in the near future, I can feel it.
  4. Losing to these lot would be a huge blow. It's such a Chelsea thing to do though. We've been giving results to teams that are out of form since last season. If it happens again, then it's time that everyone seriously asks questions about the manager.
  5. Massive 3 points, however the result will paper over the cracks. Werner needs to be benched against Arsenal, once Ziyech returns there's no reason to bench Giroud/Tammy and Pulisic. He is a liability and we have to take his misses seriously. Other teams would punish us for our performance today.
  6. Him playing on the wing is no excuse for him missing chances in front of goal. He needs to be on the bench, because he needs to know there are consequences for underperforming in a big club like Chelsea. Sometimes putting players like Havertz and Werner on the bench is the best thing you could do.
  7. Werner first touch was awful, what Pulisic did was very good in my opinion he waited until Werner was inside the box and passed the ball then. All he had to do was touch it and score it with his left foot. A striker should be able to score with both of his feet. I'm tired of the excuses, he choked end of. Blaming Pulisic is unfair when he has been arguably our best player in that half.
  8. People saying that it was Pulisic's fault are beyond deluded. Werner has been extremely awful, how many chances does he have to miss before we put him on the bench? He needs a rest ffs.
  9. WTF am I reading? Pulisic did everything he could, he actually gave the ball to Timo infront of goal instead of outside of it. Any striker with a finishing ability would've scored that. Outrageous excuse.
  10. Timo has to be benched, he's costing us very important chances. Can't be defended anymore.
  11. Big big game, anything other than 3 points is a failure and very worrying.
  12. I bet you started supporting Chelsea after Abramovich bought the club and you're calling me plastic? There is a difference between supporting your club and supporting your manager, get it through your thick skull. You know what though, keep the same energy in 2 months. Assuming I don't want the club to win just because I don't see Lampard as a manager who's not good enough. This is how low iq some Chelsea fans can be smh.
  13. Last year people gave the players the blame for the results. Now that Lampard has the backing and he spent over 200m on unbelievable players, the players still get the blame for the performances. "It's the players fault", is an excuse that has been used and recycled last season. I refuse to believe it's Ziyech's injury or Pulisics or whatever it is. Any decent manager with this squad would destroy Everton and Wolves who've been in dreadful form. It's the same signs of last season by the way, we face a team who's in horrible form and we gift them points smh.
  14. I have to post this again. Lampards win ratio at this club is 48%, the only man who has done worse is Hiddink. Think about it. Even Sarri did better with Luiz, Rudiger etc. This season we haven't won a Premier league against a top 10 side, that's another stat for you guys.
  15. Keep supporting a man who's win ratio at this club is 48%, the only man with a lower win ratio at this club is Hiddink. He is doing worse than Every other Chelsea manager bar Hiddink, so I am keeping the same energy while you want to give him time knowing our season is going to be fucked. I'm not going into hiding even if we win our next 5 games by the way. The only time I'll truly trust in Frank is when we're comfortably sitting in top 3, at the end of the season. Don't look at the rest of the league, Liverpool have so many injuries and Spurs is a team that finished 6th last season. We should be doing much much better, but ok we'll wait and see I guess. It's hard to convince fan boys like you who call people that criticise Frank plastic. Even though I judge him as a manager and not the legendary player.
  16. Who did we beat in the 17 match unbeaten run? We only like to bully sides like Burnley/Newcastle/Sheffield/Leeds. This team have the same flaws like last season, and it's starting to show again. We only won 6 games of 13 in the Premier League and we spend 250m! I will not support him even if he goes on to win the next 5 games, why? It's because it papers over the cracks, similar to United and Ole. He loses games, then manages to save his job by winning a couple when you know he is not the right man. You're another idiotic fan pretending to be morally just while supporting an inexperienced manager. I support the club and I will never put someone above it. I know you're going to be one of the first ones to scream Lampard out when we lose a couple of games in the future, because that's what hypocrites like you do.
  17. Werner scored 36 goals or something last season, Kai Havertz had ridiculous numbers as well. The same goes for Abraham, Giroud etc. The reason why we had many goals is because we played against the worst teams in the league. How many did we score against Man UTD, Spurs, Everton, Wolves etc? Let's wait and see whether we remain the leading goalscorers. All I'm saying is that a better manager would get the best out of these players which means that we wouldn't have to rely on players like Ziyech. Is it that hard to understand? Jheeez
  18. Bench Kai and Werner, they need to know that there are consequences for such performances. It'll send out a serious message to the rest of the team as well
  19. I think people underrate the impact of a new manager. Look at what Conte did, he basically made a shit Chelsea team into champions. World Class managers that are much better than Frank would 100% transform this team. This Chelsea team is miles ahead of Leipzig's first team. Imagine the things Nagelsmann would do? He'd make us into contenders for every trophy out there for sure. The impact he had on the Leipzig team in his first year was massive, and that's with a inferior team.
  20. You're not providing enough arguments for why he should stay, you're also making it seem like it's ridiculous and un-fanlike to have an opinion on whether he is a good enough manager for us. I support the club, I will never ever see someone as bigger than the club. If I see Lampard leading us nowhere then I'll obviously comment on it. What I also said was that you've never criticised Lampard, when it's very normal to. Managers make mistakes and it's part of football. You criticising him doesn't mean that you're not a good fan but a realist.
  21. You're confusing. First you're talking about creative players and now you're talking about attacking players. What on earth are you on about? Liverpool don't have creative players, they have a system that get's the best out of their attackers. Hence why Mane and Salah are so effective for them. What I'm saying is that we don't have to rely on a certain player to win games. If Mane or Salah is injured for Liverpool, they still win games. Remember when Salah had Covid and Jota stepped in and he was bossing it? You really think it's a coincidence that Jota plays good for Liverpool? I don't, it's Klopp's system getting the best out of him just like Mane and Salah. So that's why we shouldn't rely on any particular player. Even if Ziyech is injured our bench is ridiculous. Wolves have a worse team by far and so do Everton.
  22. Let's just say Nagelsmann or Pochettino.
  23. We did pass the ball sideways all game though. Give me one instance where we tried to create an opportunity through the middle? Basically what you said is because Giroud is up front all we have to do is cross the ball neglecting his link up play which led France to the World Cup win? Unbelievable stuff. We did pass the ball sideways whether you like it or not, look at the Chelsea highlights comment section. Even other fans are noticing it but here you are praising Frank for his management today. It shows that you're being deluded to be honest, and that's why I compared you to TY from Arsenal Fan TV. I haven't seen you criticise Frank at all, even though he has made so many mistakes as a manager for us. It shows favouritism towards him, remember that. You support the players as well as the manager so don't think it is impossible to criticise him. Quick question, if there was a world class manager available, do you believe he would do a better job than Frank?
  24. @Hutcho would a more experienced manager do better than Frank Lampard. Yes or no?
  25. Mourinho is a park the bus manager that's why he needed Cesc just like he needed Sneijder at Inter, Kane at Tottenham or Ozil at Real. We don't play park the bus football, we play attacking football. Look at Southampton for example, they don't have very creative players but they have a specific system which let's them score a lot of goals. The same goes for Liverpool, they don't have a Cesc but still manage to score lot's of goals because of their system. If we had a proper manager then we wouldn't have to rely on Ziyech, Kai, Mount, Pulisic etc. We'd have a decent system where any type of player can thrive in and that's why I'd like someone like Nagelsmann, Hassenhuttl or Rose. No matter who they play, their team still manages to score goals.@killer1257
