He won't go back to Bayern
-
Definitely. Could see him going for 50m+ in today's fucked up market
-
40m would be a bit too much, considering we basically have our very own Reus right now
-
He would be stupid to stay in England. Should have gone to PSG. I hope he goes back to Spain though, for his own sake. He'll always be one of my favorite players though
-
Thanks guys. For 20m it wouldn't be a bad deal, but I don't think he'd come to us if he had the choice
-
I wouldn't want us to sell Willian either, thankfully I don't think we will. I can't say I watch Dortmund that often, but for those who do, what's his work rate like?
-
I'd start this team... Courtois Ivanovic - Zouma/Cahill - Terry - Luis Matic Fabregas - Ramires Schurrle - Remy - Hazard Subs: Cech, Zouma, Salah, Willian, Costa, Dave, Ake
-
If we sell Schurrle to get Reus I would absolutely fucking devastated. We don't need Reus, we basically have our own Reus (not as good of course) in Schurrle, and if he gets game time I'm sure he could go on to a whole new level. Thank lord Mourinho likes Schurrle though
-
Oh fuck, I have. Now I feel stupid :< you have permission to flame me sir no physical presence? if you're going by appearance alone you could say the same about Oscar..and if you really did watch Liverpool games you would know he's been playing on the wings and as a center mid lately
-
I said that in my first post (I edited it, but you quoted my post before I could edit it) but that doesn't mean he can't be athletic. He's really impressed me so far. Anyway he's basically been playing as an attacking mid because he's higher up the pitch than Iniesta, Busqueta, Munir and at times even Messi who's been playing a bit deeper so far
-
Huh? Rakitic under Luis Enrique has been a B2B mid. He's been absolutely everywhere over the last few games, his pressing and his defensive work rate has been immense. Fair enough he's no Ramires but still Iniesta, Matic, Neymar and Messi are the sides main creators, and Rakitic and Messi have been doing a lot of defensive work so far this season
-
Haha mate, its basically all the same, hate organizing positions like CM and CAM he's also been playing deeper for Barca lately
-
Think you're all underrating Rakitic. imo him and Schweinsteiger are EASILY the most complete midfielders in the world 2 footed, great shot, great passing, great free kick, good heading and pace, strong etc etc
-
Jesus fucking Christ. So tell me, where did you come to the conclusion that Coutinho has no work rate?
-
jesus just ignore the actual point, ok.
-
What? Coutinho tracks back all the time, and Neymar does as well when playing for Brazil
-
Since we're talking about this already, I think the only suitable replacements for Mourinho (god forbid he leaves in the next 5 years) are all unavailable. So Luis Enrique, Klopp and Simeone. Frank Lampard has to manage us at some point as well
-
Pogba is good, but he's massively overrated. Best young player in the world, yeah right. Can't believe people were saying he's one of the best midfielders in the world. I know at least 10 midfielders I'd have over him
-
did you really ask for likes

Contract Talk - When do the Chelsea players' current deals expire?
Myself replied to Jase's topic in Chelsea Articles
It's not a weird comparison, they have the exact same roles. Ramires and Willian are not tactically smart enough for that role, in our team Oscar is the only one who can fulfill the role he does -
google is helpful

I think he's had a fantastic start to the season. Oscar is essentially our Sergio Busquets (I'm not implying he's as good, because he's not) he recycles possession, moves the ball forward, linking the defence and the midfield while retaining possession, forming triangles for Hazard, Matic, Fabregas and Schurrle so that they don't lose possession and have an easy pass for when they're getting pressed hard. He's a key player for us. -

PSG were offering 40m for him last summer, think we could still get around 50m considering Luiz went for that much. I don't want him gone though, unless a 50m+ bid comes in -
not even close. suarez is.
