To be honest, i find it difficult to concentrate on this game with our game against Inter coming up next week (although i know, this game is a must-win and maybe even more important!).
-
And how!!! Amazing strike
-
Lmfao, Fellaini would be a good Everton player for us but Donovan, no thank you xD
-
It's a shame we sold him as he has great quality, but he was a way too expensive player for us due to the fact he's injury prone and would be forever.<br>

John Terry; Time for everybody to move o

That indeed is a very good point. If i remember it well, Terry also never denied it nor confirmed it? I especialy expected an explanation from him, but nothing came. Vanessa is just as guilty as he is, for me that's just as interesting as Terry not saying anything in the media! -
I like the German and France kit very much . The only kits that are nice for me are the ones that are used by national teams, don't hope it's going to be something like the bayern munich kit .

John Terry; Time for everybody to move o

Well, if people like Bellamy keep/start talking about it, and Terry silly enough responds to it, it doesn't come in handy . Hopefully he has a good/normal game tonight so the media don't have something to link him to and the whole circus starts over again xD. As I said, it's more the media i'm concerned about! -
Don't think that chance is very big tbh, Ancelotti never seemed to be eager to play youngsters outside the league cup:mellow:
-
Don't worry, we'll figure something out ! On each position the boys have a couple of balls, so they'll keep one for the throw-ins of Stoke/Delap and one for the Chelsea-players , like nothing ever happened .

There comes a time when enough is enough. In the case of the John Terry/Wayne Bridge situation, that time has come. Yes, the pair may not see eye to eye ever again and yes, Terry was in the wrong. That much is clear. However, for Chelsea Football Club it is time to move on. Other than the fact that Bridge will still have personal ill feeling towards Terry, the situation can now be wrapped up. Terry has been stripped of the England captaincy, Bridge has made himself unavailable for his country and the pair have come face to face on the pitch for the first time. There should be no more attention on the situation as far as Chelsea are concerned. They have some trophies to win and there is no point dwelling on this anymore. It was clear that Terry had been affected by the whole scenario on Saturday and that can’t happen again. From inside the club, there should be no more mention of it. What else can be said about it? Anything that is brought up now will just be prolonging the distractions for Terry and therefore the rest of the Chelsea squad. Terry should look back on his performance against Burnley and use that as the way to move forward. He did his talking on the pitch with a commanding display and a late winner. Let that be the benchmark for how the Chelsea players are going to react to everything. Not Saturday. Chelsea fans will just be hoping that the game against Manchester City acts as the end of this Terry scandal. There are now three important home games coming up - against Stoke in the FA Cup, West Ham in the Premier League and Inter Milan in the Champions League - and this should be looked upon as an opportunity to show everyone that Chelsea still mean business. With all of this in mind, it is frustrating to see Terry react to Craig Bellamy’s thoughts about him with a “people in glass houses should not throw stones” comment. Just leave it John, let’s not make this the Terry/Bellamy scandal. As the title of this blog says, it is time for everybody to move on and to get football in the headlines again. Chelsea’s Premier League betting odds now make them joint favourites for the title with Man United, so further slip ups could hand initiative to The Red Devils. For his part, Terry will be looking to hit form again ahead of the World Cup. England’s World Cup odds suggest they should do well in the tournament, but they will need their back four to be fit and playing well to live up to expectations. www.thechelseablog.org ----------------------------- I totally agree with him on this subject, i hope we can leave this behind. I'm getting pretty fucking tired of all the media-attention around him!
-
That would be a good idea, let's give the boys a nice bucket full of that stuff :eyebrows:
-
We as a club aren't obliged to deliver a towel for him are we?
-
I don't mean directly after the header, but when they were back-tracking; Terry chooses the outside of Tevez and that way gives him the opportunity to shoot. Although i doubt he could have gotten to his inside with Tevez' speed . Anyways, i watched the goal carefully again, and it was especially poor from Hilario, Carvalho & Terry shouldn't be beaten THAT easily, but Tevez got a great deal of help from Mikel and Tevez has some quality though i hate that guy sincerely :censored:. Goal in Milan was pretty poor defending, he gave him way too much space (although i play on a different position in my team (anchor-role/DM/playmaker, and probably not on the same level as you are , i know that was a pretty big mistake ).
-
It's evident that a club with the gesture of Newcastle shouldn't be playing in the championship xD. However, last year was pretty poor for us ofcourse. So no wonder we dropped in the ranking. We will see where we end up next year if we have won some more
-
Finally some balls from Ancelotti, on one hand it's nice to see him cope with the press well, on the other hand i find him a little bit passion-lacking (a bit of Grant-esque at times...)
-
Terry chose the wrong side of Tevez i think, he could have blocked him if he was on the inside of the defender! And that ball of Mikel was also very poor, reminded me of the 'old' Mikel .

CAPELLO: JOE COLE MAY RETURN Posted on: Tue 02 Mar 2010 Fabio Capello has given hope to Joe Cole that he could make the England World Cup squad. Cole, who has 53 caps, has not featured for his nation since returning from serious knee injury in September but with three months to go until the Finals in South Africa, the England manager is watching the player closely. 'I saw the games Joe Cole played after he returned from injury and he played always so-so, but the last game he played very well,' Capello said, taking to the media ahead of Wednesday's international against Egypt. 'He has to play more games like the last and after he will be here [with England], possibly.' Though closing the door on John Terry regaining the England captaincy under his management, Capello is satisfied with the Chelsea captain's current form. 'I saw two games that he played, in Milan and against Manchester City,' said the Italian. 'He played a normal game but always when the team lose, the journalists try to find something about the most important player. I think he played very well those two games. 'He is training very well. He will be the same player in the dressing room and I told him he has to do the same thing like a captain.' chelseafc.com ----------- Good for Joey, but what the hell has Capello been smoking? Terry had two 'normal' games against Inter & City? Didn't think so, or am I horribly wrong when i say something like that ? (Milito's goal & Tevez' first were due to his mistakes...)

That would be a very good deal!!!
-
Deco has a pretty big name in Europa, maybe be can sell him to one of the smaller Spanish clubs. Teams from the Brazilian league probably aren't able to a pay a transfer fee of a couple millions nor his wages.
-
Good prospects xD
-
Like Bellamy is in that position to make such accusations!
-
Can someone please explain this whole celery-song/tradition to me? I'm a pretty new fan of the club (don't see myself as a gloryhunter though, just to make that clear !!!), and don't know the history of it. Every now & then i hear about it, see it in a few vids; I am eager to know more about it. Couldn't find a topic about it with the search button, so thought i'd rather start a new topic about it .
-
@ the Riccy-case; if we sell him to Real, we probably would get a nice sum of money for him too . Or otherwise Inter may be an option, with Mourinho as a coach.
