The problem with CB's is the bad matches are more visible than good matches. He's a good backup, and with a more solid unit, he can be an even better backup. Plus, he helps with the number of English players in the squad, something that needs to improve. Unless someone wants to give a good offer for him, I say keep him.

I would say overrated in the sense that he keeps playing despite his performances. If Conte can get him to be more tactically aware, I can see Oscar becoming a valuable substitute to come into matches and make an impact. Let's not forget that he's 24.
