  1. Meh can't see him becoming anything more than a better Kalou, his stats at Barca was a bit deceiving because he played alongside some of the best assist playmakers in football history, anyone half decent(which he is) can get at least double figure every season. In fact apart from 09-10 and 10-11 seasons where he consistently scored in big games and finals since then he has been nothing more than a bit part player, scoring against small teams mostly. He is similar to Fabregas in this sense that he will help us against smaller oppositions, but don't expect him to light it up when we play PSG in Feb because he is not that sort of player anymore, if he was Barcelona would have never sold him any pay shady money for Neymar in the 1st place. I mean in fact his form has gone down so much since 10-11 season that I can hardly remember anything meaningful he contributes since then apart from Youtube videos about him. Overall I think he will be a fine player for us in the next couple of years but after that will quickly turn into a Malouda, eventually cast off into oblivion and our search for the RW Hazard keeps going.
  2. The thing is people saying he should got off lightly as 'he is not the only one' doing it. Surely a long ban is more beneficial for him and US in the long term? if FA give him a one match ban against some unknown team in CO Cup tomorrow he will not learn and will continue doing it again next week, which will eventually be escalated as the refs are well aware of his antics now and won't be hesistate to send him off, which will lead to more serious bans as it is not his 1st time. A big long term 5-6 matches ban will teach him to not do it again, maybe from now on he will play on the line but more toward the right side instead of occasionly leaving a foot over the wrong side like this weekend. If the long ban still doesn't teach him then he is a lost cause and we should just wash our hand of him because he cannot carry on doing this permanently in the long term. For all the talks of his 'aggresion' he has actually done fuck all in term of playing football this season apart from a good lucky volley against some nobody side and a tap in against West Brom. Maybe instead of spending his time preparing how to piss off the other defenders, he should try to improve his dribbling skill because it is fucking shit atm, can't beat a man to save his life.
  3. Hopefully a 5 matches ban otherwise he will not learn like last season against Liverpool. Also he is in his worst form in years anyway and hindering us in attack so no big loss, hope Remy/Falcao bang them in them goals in the next few matches and force this guy to fight for his place once he is back, not fight with other players. Oh and btw I would laugh so hard if someone start a FA vs Chelsea campaign again in this thread. Would be so predictable.
  4. Or find a striker like Lewandowski, Suarez, Aguero...etc who is NOT AFRAID and also doesn't act like a complete cunt every match? no middle ground though as usual.
  5. He will change once he finds out that he has been banned for 5 matches on Monday. The only reason he has been getting away with it so much is because he hasn't been properly punished since 2012(last time he got a red card). I thought the ban against Liverpool past season taught him a lesson but apparently not, so now instead of blatantly stamping other players he does 'less servere' acts such as scratching, grabbing other players in the face behind the ref back, pushing other players down with his chest instead of his head. No doubt fans and Jose will come out and claim as usual that he has been unfairly treated though once the ban is handed out, he probably believes it himself and therefore will keep on carrying doing it regardless of the ban. Just wait until one day he does it in a high profile CL semi final(which is bound to happen considering he nearly did it against PSG earlier this year) and get sent off with us losing as a result. Let's see if all the people defending him now will be there to defend him then as well. Honestly I hope the rumors of him wanting to go back to Atletico is true, we are going nowhere with this guy leading the line. Eventually he will prove he carries more baggage than goals. So far this season his behavior seems to have got worse but goals are no where to be 'compensated'. A top class striker next summer is a must regardless of what happens this season with Costa.
  6. This will go down as one of the biggest mistake in mordern Chelsea history, if we thought letting go the likes of Robben was bad wait a couple of years when this guy becomes the best CAM in football. Basically Mourinho fucked us with his 'my way or the highway' approach.
  7. The one that never was, don't understand why he never got a proper chance after RDM.
  8. Doesn't matter, with that sort of price tag he is gonna be automatic LB anyway and hence bar an injury this dude will be benched permanently, probably not quite what he imagined when he arrived. Mind you this is all if, rumors are probably not true.
  9. Rumors are that we might paying Gaya(Valencia's LB) £36m release clause in Jan, would be a kick in the face for this lad if this is true. Basically his Chelsea career would be over barely half a year into it.
  10. Clearly not...apparently anything that gives us an advantage should be celebrated no matter how good or bad it is. Like I said just wait until people get into their usual 'FA anti Chelsea' tone when he is banned in a couple of days after FA review.
  11. Waiting when it is announced that he will be banned for 3-5 matches in the next couple of days for elbowing Arsenal players and everyone here to come out with the usual 'campaign against us', 'conspiracy' and other typical bs.
  12. Think he is pissed with Jose for subbing him off, hopefully this doesn't develop into anything serious.
  13. I know but hope of him being another Hazard on the right will never come true.
  14. Pedro is actually not really that 'world class', he is a good utility player. He is basically a worse Muller.
  15. honestly think the ref will try to balance it up in the 2nd half by booking Costa at the 1st instance he can, honestly I would take him off.
  16. Excellent pressing but ultimately creating nothing dangerous, we try but we are just clueless in creating chances. Probably this game will end in a draw.
  17. Apparently he will start publishing his 1st autobiography books from next month, wtf how come no media are writing about this? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Mourinho-Jose/dp/0755365534/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1442618951&sr=1-1 Here is the link to everyone interested. Meanwhile every media wrote about Gerrard's bio and no one mention this.
  18. Remy got to play as RW then, we need pace against them.
  19. 1. More chance of Begovic not in goal than RCL starting 2. Baba will be dropped and Ivanovic the Chelsea Lord will come back to the starting 11 3. All the big guys like Terry, Matic...etc will be back in the team 4. We will see the same familiar lineup with Jose apart from Pedro in place of the injured Willian
  20. Maybe hype is getting into his head...talk of Ballon D'or and all these comparisons to players M10 nd Cr7 who will never be as good, maybe his motivation gone down as well, champion of Engand and best player in the league, what else is there to fight for? Oh and he is automatic starter so he knows he can play like shit bar scoring own goals and he will still be in the team. Could actually be detrimental for us if he starts against Arsenal playing like this when others are seemingly recovering a little bit of confidence.
  21. It was a good goal but element of luck as well, hit the bar and he wasn't even properly looking at it. When RVP scores a goal like that you know he means it, Costa rarely does so let's see. Good for his confidence though, hope he scores against Arsenal this weekend.
  22. More chance of Begovic not in goal than RLC starting against Arsenal.
  23. This dude is a funny player, when he plays everyone say he is shit(including me) but ever since he has been out of the team WE HAVE BECAME SHIT. Maybe just maybe he is one of our best player after all (cue him being annonymous against Arsenal and we lose as usual).
  24. I find him not that good going forward though, pace is there but his delivery is terrible. Either way since he isn't better defensively could see him being benched permanently.
