  1. Also it is scary how much different he is now compared to his Arsenal days, when he RAN UP AND DOWN THE PITCH NON STOP and considered one of the best mid in the world. Now he is just a good midfielder who passes the ball well but pretty much shit at EVERYTHING ELSE. Cannot even finish properly anymore, as since by his less than 5 goals last season compared with double figure in his peak Arsenal years.
  2. Tbh Rakitic already signed for Barca before the previous season even ended so we got no chance.
  3. Also apparently he gave himself the deadline that we will be back in top 4 by Feb at the latest, just LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL.
  4. 1st year out of rehab play under a lunatic in a posession based system so struggle, come to a team that was full of creative players under a defensive manager and suddenly the whole team is dragged down to his level. Not sure if his luck or curse, also he hasn't been playing in CL for like 5 years, if the trend continues we won't make it next year or we will and he won't be here. Either way a pointless signing.
  5. The way he calls himself 'best manager in the club history' is like a boss, almost as if he is challenging the highest members in the club to face him. Do we ever see Sir Alex calling himself 'the best'? Even in his book he didn't mention it once over 30 years.
  6. He won't last 6 months there, wait until he demands £100m for a team 'reform' and despite what the Arsenal board coming out and plugging the figures out of their ass, they won't do it especially after getting used to over a decade of tight spending under Wenger.
  7. His Chelsea career under Jose is over, I doubt he will get picked again for a long long time as long as Jose is here. He is gonna get Schurrle, KDB, Mata, Pepe, Casillas treatment now, basically scrapegoat as usual for Jose's own shortcomings. I would be surprised if he starts a match again before Xmas as long as Jose is here.
  8. I am sure they would still 'love to have him' in Paris where he will dominate the league for 10 years even with the players they got and the poor state of the rest of the league.
  9. Apart from winning trophies, which traits is that? falling out with your own staff in the public? isolating your players to avoid criticism of yourself? In fact Sir Alex said in his auto bio that he refused to quit MU in 2001 because he didn't want his assistances to lose their job as well or when fans wrote him letter telling him to resign in protest of the Glazers. While Sir Alex did fell out with many players like RVN, Rooney, Beckham...etc he had the balls to bench them and eventually sell. Mourinho cannot even dare to drop his fucking boss Ivanovic, let alone selling.
  10. Gonna get a football master class taught to us by Dortmund/Sevilla...etc when we meet them.
  11. Chelsea 1-2 Aston Villa with Ivanovic, Terry, Hazard and the usual suspects starting. Matic to get benched permanently.
  12. As for anyone comparing him to sir Alex, that is like comparing a top class player to a legendary player. If that was the case everytime a manager is in a sticky situation anyone can just point at 'look at sir Alex, just give him more time' and no one will ever be sacked. There is a reason why 'Sir Alex' is even a thing, that is because he has endured the test of time like no others and Mourinho can't ever come close to that so it is pointless for comparison. Also the situation is a lot different at MU than Chelsea, in his worst time Sir Alex still shows that he knows how to get the team back on track, with Mourinho it is always simple down and out route, he has never actually managed a big comeback in his managerial career, as soon as things get tough he falls out with the people above and get sacked/leave 'mutually'.
  13. He can't even dribble past anyone anymore. Like I said I still think this guy is one of the poorest 'big name' player for us for a long time purely because of his mentality not his ability, he can throw eggs at my face by ending this season with 20 goals/assists combined but somehow unless a managerial change happen I doubt it.
  14. I never said he was a bad striker? all I am saying is I don't like him and don't think he should be a Chelsea player because of his antic and limitations as a footballer. Maybe reputation wise he is probably still top 20 in the world atm, but reputation is very different from reality. The claim of him being 2nd best striker in the world is just outright ridiculous though and deserve all the mocks it get, that is like saying Higuain is the greatest Argentine striker of all time.
  15. The problem is sometime changing a manager sooner is better. Pochettino Southampton, Hiddink 2009 and countless other examples. Very rarely do we actually see the problem of changing manager and the team does even worse, that tends to happen more at lower clubs. If we keep up this form let's say we are 20 points off 4 places by Feb? What do we do? Accept a season out of Europe to 'give Mourinho one last chance?'. And it is not knee jerk we can already see that it can happen, Dortmund and Moyes MU are 2 of the clearest examples in recent memory.
  16. What if we do a Dortmund and finish like 8th? after fighting relegation until Feb? When do we draw the line?
  17. What he talks mean fuck all, what he does is all that count and we all know what he will do in 2 weeks(if he is still here), play his favorite Ivan the undroppable and Ramires instead of Matic(who will get Schurrle treatment now probably).
  18. I am sure that is what Blackburn fans said after 1996, MU fans said in Moyes's time and others.
  19. Unfairly lost her job because of Jose, who seems to be on the bring of the sack weeks later. If I was a board member I would give her the position back and publicly apologize for what Jose has done. Time for us to man up and admit a mistake when we see one.
  20. Klopp's jurgen pressing(however you spell it) or Pep posession football.
  21. Either from this moment we will witness one of the greatest managerial comeback in history or it is the end of Jose, I doubt Jose will pull off a miracle so the end of him seems more likely
  22. 1. Basically blamed the ref for the Falcao dive 2. Saying everyone else at the club 'need to take responsibility' 3. The club HAS TO SACK HIM or he won't go
  23. Translated as 'give me my £20m or I will continue to play Ivanovic everyweek'.
  24. Could you reopen the new manager thread a few threads down the page please and merge my new one with it as well?
