  1. Because they didn't play for a top club that can sustain a challenge for the title? I mean if you put Kane into our team last season maybe we would have won the league and he could have scored more than Costa. Costa at Atletico he didn't singlehandedly fight them to title either, it was down to Simeones and the whole team. IF you go by that logic then Negredo is better than Costa as didn't he also scored around 20 goals in the season City won the league? Point is Costa has only been doing it since 2013/14, before that he was a good striker at best and people like that Pac dude are going around talking as if he has been doing this for a long time to be considered 2nd best striker in the world.
  2. If this is was the case then no football manager will ever be sacked as they don't take part in the field. Sometime from the players's body language you can tell whether the manager lost the dressing room or not and atm it looks that way. I mean unless he specific instruct the team to not create any dangerous chances in the 2nd half the players are clearly not bothered anymore. Either that he doesn't know how to instruct them to break down a packed defence. Either way it reflects badly on him. Oh and picking awful players like Fabregas and Ivanovic doesn't help his cause either.
  3. So he is just clueless then? can't organise the team to play proper football, can't attack and can't even defend properly, the thing he is so famed for.
  4. Ancelotti usually goes through periods of 'crisis' but for me he always seem to manage a rally run for some reason some point after, end up falling short but at least he shows he can briefly turn things around. With Jose he hasn't been able to do that under any of his previous season at any club, either the club start the season really well like last year, Madrid 11-12, us 04-05 and 05-06 and all the Inter years and go on to win the title or play really shit and he ends up leaving at the end instead of turning it around.
  5. Tbf too early to write off 4th spot challenger at this stage, Liverpool and Spurs are not doing any better.
  6. Maybe he is indirectly 'blaming the board' for not signing any top class players this summer? Even then with the same squad as last season this is just not good enough.
  7. Nope all he knows is 433, 4231 and 442 when chasing a goal. Also attacking sense he is FUCKING CLUELESS, he doesn't know shit and there is a reason why his team never consistently play fluent football. Counter attacking is the only main method he knows
  8. Tbh he is also known to be not a fan of biggest ego which could mean immediate departure for Terry and maybe Costa because he doesn't fit the style as shown with his time with Spain team. I agree though Pep will be a much better choice than Mourinho, when we lose he won't do undignified things like this guy we got atm. You can guarantee he won't go quietly if he is sacked.
  9. Time to throw that excuse out again 'we are in transition' transitioning from champions to 4th spot challenger that is.
  10. 1-1 draw aka Rosenberg 2007, afterward club announce we have 'mutually agreed to part company' with Mourinho. History to repeat itself.
  11. :clown: :clown: :clown: same guy that singlehandedly prevented Dutch team from getting to Euros 2016? this is not 2009 anymore.
  12. All the people keep on saying 'he will resign' LOL, he already said numerous times he will not DO IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Why would he when he just got a fat contract with probably over 20-30m worth of compensation. We fucked it up by putting 'faith' in him after a good season thinking he has changed from his previous spell at other clubs.
  13. Hmm let's see can't play against Sterling, Swansea right mid, Everton right mid, West Brom right mid, Crystal Palace right mid. How will he cope against the best winger in the league in Sanchez? REally don't want to find out.
  14. Ancelotti or Klopp, both are happen to be free atm.
  15. Can you reopen the new manager thread so people can discuss our next manager please? I think it can a serious topic for discussion now.
  16. That is it, I am done. JOSE OUT, hope Klopp/Ancelotti comes in as soon as possible. Mods, please reopen the next manager thread as I think it should be a genuinely serious discussion now.
  17. he is 3rd best player in the world so he doesnt care anymore
  18. Last season: Kane 30 goals, 2012/13 season: Michu 20 goals, a couple of seasons ago: Soldado 30 goals, Negredo with over 20 goals a couple of seasons with Sevilla. Plenty of other players who got a couple of decent seasons or 2 before being shown up. But carry on, 2nd best striker in the world though
  19. He is being found out for how limited he is, he is INCREDIBLY POOR TECHNICALLY and this is not even false. Can't even fucking dribble past any of their defender and if he cannot do this against Everton defenders what can he do when we play against the likes of PSG and other teams with actual super star defenders? Honestly think a combination of hamstring injury and his poor attributes being exposed means he is being found out badly. Honestly think he is heading down the Torres path at this rate, a player on top of the world with a couple of fantastic seasons but then ruined by injuries. We need to sign a top striker to compete/replace him next summer even if he scores 15 goals this season.
  20. Jose obviously and before people kept on dismissing it as 'kneejerk', 'troll'...etc now even his most supportive fans have to surely consider this as a real possibility as well. Yes that is just one of many problem, he can't organise the team to play fluent attacking for shit apart from a 4 months period last season, as soon as it goes bad he goes back to his root method of counter attacking and nicking games. Now this old fashioned tactic is being found out as it requires huge concentration which the players are probably too frustated to have.
  21. Dude there got to be a limit as well, if we lose our next 3 games he can't continue. Dortmund also waited for Klopp last year and we did with AVB until March, Dortmund ended up finishing like 8th and we ended up finishing 6th. Sometime the damage is irreparable and too late to change. Also he already said he will not resign, that is nothing but wishful thinking. He is not gonna leave that 20m+ compensation package because he knows if anything Roman will be desparate to sack him if this continues.
  22. After the match, 'we played better than them' purely because of that 20 mins spell toward the end of the half, even if we end up losing 4-1.
  23. Starting? Probably never until we have a new manager. Coming up as a sub? maybe at the end of the season once we got our 4th place wrapped up.
  24. We are gonna do a Dortmund 2014/15 and MU 2013/14, play like shit and then eventually scrap a 6th place finish.
