That is very true and very depressing

Always been a fan of Rakitic and would really like him here.Him or Kovacic or Witsel will do nicely. Would be a great shame if Rakitic signs for Liverpool though

This is the point I have made several times.

TBH the best way forward would be Shaw at LB and Azpi at RB with Brana as back-up for both fullback and CB position.The team would be much more dynamic with Shaw and Azpi as fullbacks.Think about the pace we can have next season Salah,Schurrle,Willian,Shaw,Lukaku etc

Hazard is the player I'd like to see at PSG. He would do a lot of good to Paris and the league. He's one of the best players against whom I've played. -Yohan Cabaye.

TBH Carrick would not be bad alongside Matic.

TBH he did play pretty well against Liverpool at home without Matic.I guess we'll know a lot more about Luiz the midfielder against PSG if he starts that one.

Gundogan has not played in like forever so saying signing him will be a massive risk would be an understatement and as much as I would love Kroos signing for us I just dont think it is very realistic because I believe Kroos will sign that extension sooner or later however if he does not(very unlikely imo) then break the fucking bank for him imo. Pjanic's best work come's in the hole while Strootman will be out injured for a while and Koke has got no experience of playing in the pivot. And I have already stated that if we sign him I firmly believe he'll get plenty of playing time.

Very valid points but the thing is who is this player in his peak we can target?Rakitic and Witsel are the only realistic one's that come to my mind so if for some reason they are not our targets then it is better to go for someone who is young and has got potential to be the best in his position in the future imo.

Lets not be that cruel on Jose's former team.
