I was in Brighton last year getting updates on my phone, '2-2 Dempsey 90' ruined the day big style. They play a decent style of football and that might help us a bit. They have come an extremely long way in the last 18 months. Comfortable win i feel however, we need to get good early points on the board.

Absolutely, Zhirkov and Cole would be exceptional on either side, they can still go wide and come inside, they both like to cover lots of different areas on the pitch so its perfect for them. They have both played as wingers and Center Midfielders too so they can do the role easy either way. Essien, Zhirkov, Cole, Lampard = Perfect.

The kind of game where simply we must just get a win, whether its scrappy or not just go there, win, come home.

I like the diamond, even tho we almost blew the first game of the season we tore em to bits and it coulda so easily been 5-0. Gives us 2 strikers, the 2 in the middle can go out wide and do as they please. Lampard was excellent at the top of the diamond on Saturday, as Andy Gray showed on the last word. He still kinda stays deep so theres 3 across with Essien holding they when we nick the ball, he pushes up more. Still does exactly the same except we have the 2 strikers as well. ESPN is great, ive been given that free too, ESPN classic is awesome too. One thing that confused me yesterday tho was that i watched Blackburn vs Manchester City on sopcast, and it was from Setanta, they had the Setanta studio and everthing with that Paul Dempsey presenting, seems weird.

The 2-1 vs Arsenal was definitely my favourite as it was against that team that i hate more than all the evil on this planet and suffering combined, specially those 2004 "untouchables" who only won 1 trophy that year (best week of my life when we knocked em out of europe and Man utd knocked em out the FA Cup. Since 1997 they caused nothing but shit for me at school and every time we played em we just simply didn't win and we (well i) got to a stage where i dreaded those games because i expected defeat. I had left school by the time of the Champions League game too which sucks but it was awesome none the less. Since then, We've had the better of those north london scummers

I really find it hard to chose because i prefer singing Blue is the Colour in the ground as a song/chant but i prefer blue day as a song. I'll vote blue day, more modern/my era lol and met suggs in the megstore to get a signed copy Oh and also Blue is the Colour is our League Cup final song, where we ended up losing to Stoke in 1972....

Great achievement, yeah i know theres only certain ppl who actually have the intelligence to post sense and more that 2 words a post and as badboy said, only like 100 are active but its still a good achievement. It is busy most times, i dont come here pre season because some of those transfer rumours u guys post are annoying and shocking lol but from when we start playing matches, i come back and am pretty active. We've lost our last 2, Man utd have won their last 2, Ive been to 2 and lost both and i'm going to this one...yes? no? lol anyway i reckon atm we're looking better than them and the departures of a certain ugly argie and a certain cheat might give us more sort of belief, not saying we wouldn't have it anyway but u know what i mean.
