Malouda in 07/08 and now that very same Malouda has fucked me off at the start of this season, utter uselessness. The thing that annoys me the most is his "Oh i can whack this first time into the top corner" and it always goes 25 yards over the bar. His shooting is horrendous along with his final ball. Another is Didier, awesome as chest control, awful at foot control, does something fantastic ten does saomething absolute shit beyond words and his simulation winds me up a bit too. Can score a stunner, will then miss a sitter. If you can name 1 player hit and miss, its Didier Drogba. Then we have Joe Cole, he has gained the dive ability and put it in his armory and uses it a hell of a lot, since his injury at the start of 06/07 he's not been the same player at all, injury proned a bit and a bit like Duff, seems to be subdued when attacking teams now.

Ballack plays the holding role for Germany and did so in the 2006 world cup, i aint smoking nout, i just know stuff. He may have started out as an attacking midfielder but for munich he played a lot deeper and in the defensive role for Germany in the 2006 world cup he was outstanding. When lampard was injured in the 07/08 season for a long spell, who replaced him and banged in a few goals in quick succession? Was michael Essien. He has the attacking intent that Ballack doesn't have anymore.

Ballack is primarily a holding midfielder. Its best with Joe cole on the tip, Essien and Lampard in the middle with Ballack defensive imo. But anyone can go anywhere pretty much

That was one of the easiest days of my Chelsea supporting life. Even at 1-0 down fulham didn't attack. Was like a training session so we should be pretty fresh for the next game. Decent performance, 3/3. Perfect. 2 lovely goals from the front 2 is what i love to see.

He was one of our best players in pre season and was excellent vs Sunderland. On current form he's playing well. He seemed a bit unsure last season and he was also injury hit for periods. If he stays injury free, we should see a very good Deco.

And at half time we had people moaning and saying Ancelotti has no future rofl. That was our best performance for ages, most one sided game ever. Ancelotti is the man.

This game gets interesting now as we've won both our first 2 games, a 3rd win in a row would be a tremendous start and a real base to build on. I feel as though we should win, decent slick surface, they pass the ball around well and it should be a good game. Can't wait til sunday now, just can't wait.

Well we all wanted the great football back, the attacking flair (well i was happy anyway) and we certainly have begun this season in a great way. The only downer has been conceding the first goal in both games which eventually caught up with us and Mr Mourinho in 07/08 when losing the first goal seemed to cost points. Gotta admit tho, both goals we have conceded this season were awfully lucky or should i say unlucky. Just hoping we can play like this a lot more because if we play like this, we'll win a hell of a lot of games.
