Well i guess his word is his word but surely he has done as much as he can for Russia. They wont win the World Cup and they probably punched above their weight at the Euro's. He really should stay at Chelsea for himself and for us. We need a manager like him to be given a long term chance asap and no more fucking about. The next manager we have needs to be kept on for a while n not just dumped out.

But thats why the premiership is so good. Just because we had a great squad in 2006-2008 doesnt guarantee you trophies, you know football dont work like that, if it did there would be no point the opposition turning up for matches. Everyone is saying this is liverpool's best squad since the premiership started and they look destined to win nothing. Last season we lost the title on the last day and the Champions league final by the width of a post. If they had gone the other way, this thread wouldnt have been created and it wouldnt of been because we did anything different.

We have to realise that its not purely down to us but down to the fact that Man Utd and Liverpool are strong teams and we've just been unlucky beyond belief in the UEFA Champions League. There's no point being hasty about it. We might get lots of luck next season and win 3 trophies, you dont know. You may look at our big games and think played 6 lost 4 but again its luck how Arsenal got the offside goal and Alonso got the huge deflection and at anfield we conceded both goals extremely late. We knocked Liverpool n Juve out of Europe and sooo almost Barca so thats proof that we are capable. Its nothing that we're doing its just the fact that we had a blip under scolari from say october to just after X-Mas and we had some atrocious luck.

Well my thoughts are exactly the same as Elliots. Why have we hit rock bottom i dont get it? We've consistantly been Champions League Semi Finalists (5 in 6 years + a final), top 3 in the prem, top 2 for 5 straight years and now 3rd (by 3 points) behind a much improved Liverpool team and we've been great in the cups again getting to another FA Cup final. I can't see anything to moan about at all in the slightest. When you realise we havent been in a CL semi for 2 years and we're 15 points behind the top 2 without getting to any cup finals, thats the time to be concerned like Arsenal fans. We haven't taken any steps back, just not quite had the luck this year in certain things. No need to worry

Benzema or Ribery for the middle definitely and up front again like said previously Villa or Tevez. Everyone of those names are perfect for us and none are too old. All had CL experience and all play at the highest level. Just hope Roman see's what we see for once

Only 4th goes into a qualifier this year and it will be an open draw which means anyone can get anyone. We are already qualified into the UCL Group stages coming 3rd Basically Plattini dont like the English teams so most probably Arsenal will draw Valencia (which would be awesome)

Yeah but theres no real difference from 2nd to 3rd and i dont think they will slip up as they have West Brom away then Tottenham at home. I cant see them losing either even tho West Brom have to win. 2nd 3rd...no difference really. Its just FA Cup final preparation now.

Not much to say except HAVE THAT U CUNTS! Well ok...i'll make an effort. We just controlled it, almost as tho we didnt break into a sweat lol. They tried so hard to pass pass pass cutback cutback just like a fifa online match lol n even tho it caused problems, when we showed how well we can do all the pretty passing we cut em open every time and it was magnificent to watch. Really couldve scored more too. Ahh how fucking sweet. Arsenal in the last 2 games, on their amazing carpet like big spacious pitch have been shown up for what they really are. Absolutely spot on. This match is perfect for us and its gone similar to the FA Cup semi except the Favour is much more in our favour. Arsenals way of playing, like barca's in a way just plays into our hands. Chelsea's squad is perfect for these games. Its made for these games 2nd half bout to KO

Drogs is starting, Arse Shaving has a virus (Swine Flu). We've put our strongest team out it seems (Ballack-Mikel are similar ish) and that arsenal team looks very weak to me. We should be able to control the game if we're in the mood and win comfortably 2-0.
